My hubby and I had a lovely time exploring some wonderful bites. We really appreciated going to the local market and away from the touristy spots to discover authentic local food.
This was the best thing of my entire trip to Puerto Vallarta! My parents, sister and I booked this seafood tour after having difficulties finding a food tour that could accommodate my sister, dad and myself as pescatarians. On this tour we stopped by 7 places and each place was amazing and unique. Well worth the price! I will recommend this to anyone going to PV
Fun and tasty way to try different seafood dishes in the ZR. Bernardo was a knowledgeable and funny guide. We enjoyed visiting the local places that we might have missed otherwise.
Don’t eat a lot before the tour!
Great tour from start to finish. We walked to parts of Puerto Vallarta we hadn’t explored yet, which made the experience feel both local and fresh. The food was absolutely delicious — so much so that there was no need to make dinner plans afterward. Every stop was scrumptious, fresh, and deeply satisfying. It was a relaxed, immersive way to soak in Puerto Vallarta’s culture through its food. Highly recommend.
Bernando was such a great guide! We had a hoot! And nice it was a small group. All the small family restaurants he took us to were excellent & recommend this tour if you want to experience some different seafood options in the downtown area.
There’s a lot of walking so wear comfortable shoes. Watch your steps carefully on the streets. Bring your appetite.
Sylvia was an amazing guide. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. All of the food was fantastic, especially the fish/shark taco. That was out of this world! We learned a lot, as well as ate a lot. We would highly recommend this tour, and if you’re lucky, you’ll get Sylvia. Thank you Sylvia for a wonderful afternoon.
If you like seafood this is the class! Tasted so many different types of seafood and at places that have been back to for rest of our trip
Great tour with a very well-prepared guide. She took us to places we would never have found on our own that had great sea food to offer.

The advertisement for this experience did not match the actual tour. It was advertised as seafood tour with a beautiful picture of a grilled fish but mostly was various tacos with little seafood. The Blue Azul was great.
One stop was flavored water.
The tour guide was pleasant but more information regarding the various neighborhoods would have been nice.
We had 5 delectable seafood stops. With an amazing two additional stops for ice cream popsicles and chocolates.
The Super Fresh Ahi tostada was probably my favorite. Grilled shrimp taco, crab enchilada, not your average enchilada. Octopus and Marlin ceviche
were so tasty. These are all Mexican owned restaurants that we probably wouldn’t have found unless we did the food tour. Our guide “Honey” was very exceptional on all her knowledge it was so interesting. this is a walking tour, easy, but wear the right shoes. It was a great way to see different areas of the romantic zone. Enjoyed one place so much we went back. They were all good, so we need to revisit the other places. I can’t recommend this tour enough. You are very full after.

Delicioso seafood tour! Bernardo shared his passionate love for his country and gave us local culture and some history of Puerto Vallarta, as well as a crash course in the wide variety of chile salsas. We sampled the best of the best seafood at traditional family restaurants. The ahi tuna tostada and blue crab empanada were to die for. Well worth every peso!

Great food. Best octopus I’ve ever eaten. Very tender ..quite a bit of walking not for those with walking problems
Interesting tour highlighting the rustic seafood cuisine of Puerto Vallarta. With the cobblestone streets and all the walking be sure to wear sturdy shoes. Lots of food to sample so start with an empty stomach. A definite plus for this tour is getting a list of places visited as well as other seafood spots.
Fernando took the time necessary to make our tour very enjoyable. He took care to make Sure all understood (Spanish & English). Great and plentiful food offered!
This is a must do tour. Sylvia was personable, knowledgeable, a pure delight. Someone you would take home to meet your family (or bring them to her).
Each restaurant has its charm and history. Tuna Azul was a favorite as well as the vintage out door taco stand run by only woman - I recommend sharing the taco! But none should be discounted. Then there were unplanned stops meeting locals that just added joy and insight to the tour including the flavored waters and the last stop for dessert.
Just delightful experience. My son and I went back to the local brewery pointed out during the tour for a couple more cervesa .
Seafood Lovers Tour was an amazing with our guide Sylvia. Sylvia took us to restaurants and food stands. Each place had excellent food. Sylvia had history of Puerto Vallarta and was able to answer all of our questions. Highly recommended!!!
Bernardo was phenomenal, and we were shocked with how much food you got with this tour! This was by far one of the better ways to get a sense of the local restaurants for us instead of trying to find them one by one.
Bernardo did a fantastic job giving us information on the city and taking us to some fantastic restaurants to try we probably wouldn’t have found otherwise. Everything was delicious!
