There is no tour to speak of. You race at a break neck pace to a spot for snorkeling only to find there is nothing to see except rocks and average fish. Tour guide was very friendly and went over safety basics. Jet skis were high quality. Photographer was mandatory fortunately she was not overly aggressive in selling the photo packages.

Truly the greatest jet ski experience I have had in my life, and I've had many! Stunning mountain scenery around Puerto Vallarta, whale sightings, chance to snorkel. The adventure was in Banderas Bay, where the water is relatively calm. Mike our tour guide was fantastic, was so nice and made us feel very safe every step of the way. A great photographer works with him, for those who love their best memories photographed!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting a jet ski for 2hrs of fun on the water, and I can confidently say it was the worst experience I've ever had with this kind of activity. When I returned, I was met with indifference from the staff, the camera lady was pretty rude. I wouldn’t recommend booking with this company.

Thanks for your reply about the tour, Our tour is 2 hours around the bay and we have time to do specific acivities, you will visit the boardwalk, the downtown, the arches of mismaloya and then we go to paredon beach to do snorkelling.
im sure you can rent a jet ski in the beach for 70 usd for a half an hour and you can do wherever you want . hope to you see you sooon

This was our first time on a jet ski and due to the time of year and the time of day that we picked, we were the only ones on the tour with our guide. The jet ski experience was fun, and we particularly liked the snorkeling and discovering all of the colorful fish. This was our first time in Mexico and we were unsure what to expect with how the tour was put together, so I felt particularly bad for the photographer that came with us. We never buy pictures to any events that we go to, so we felt badly that she got up for the early morning tour and came along with us. Had we been asked if we wanted a photograper to come along, we would have said no because it would’ve been a waste of their time. She was absolutely lovely though!

Great experience with a great tour guide. Allowed you to go on your own towards the destination while the whole time keeping an eye on the group. Great sights on the trip as well as great info regarding the journey from the guide.

We had a great solo trip across the bay to Los arco’s. Got to play around instead of snorkeling on the jetski was cool to see the turtles floating around the bay.

This was an excellent experience! Our guide was very funny and we had a little Spanish lesson.
The jet Skis were super fun and the location was beautiful!! The time of the tour was perfect. Not too long and not too short. Just right.

Such an amazing time! The tour guide, Armando, did such a great job leading my group. He gives great instruction on how to use the jet skis. This is a must when visiting Puerto Vallarta!

had a great adventure with the jet ski i wish we were able to get closer to the rocks at los arcos but i understand that there were restrictions on how close we could get. seeing the pelicans dive for their food was beautiful if the water visibility was better we would have gotten in for some snorkeling

A little tricky to find the office for meeting. Leave early to find it. The morning was very relaxing and exhilarating at different times. Saw whales, dolphins, sea turtles all close up. Armando, our guide was first class.

We had an amazing time on the water with Armando!! We came upon a school of dolphins and he guided us towards them so we could ride with them! It was a great experience all around. He also gave recommendations of local favorites and was a pleasure to talk with.

I got this for my daughters, they had a lot of fun, but they were telling me that the guide was going a little fast, and it was a little hard to follow.
It would be great if they have groups for beginners, than can go slow and with more instruction.

My wife and I had group jet ski ride in tandems. We had so my fun jumping on the waves and snorkeling around Mismaloya, where you just would be pulled behind the jet ski and enjoy the underwater fauna!

The tour operator admitted AFTER the tour that they knew the conditions were unsafe! Throughout the extremely dangerous time on the water, the "guide" was constantly so far ahead that the entire group had a hard time keeping up and at times difficulty even seeing the "guide." It was so unsafe, that the "guide" informed us we could not snorkel. When I contacted the tour operator prior to this review, they again stated that it was "unsafe to snorkel due to the weather conditions." They refused to refund any portion of the large price (you can rent jet skis much cheaper directly from the beaches), because we had completed the tour. Had they done their job and informed us of the conditions PRIOR to the tour, we would not have chosen to go. Don't waste your time or money with these people who have no regard for your safety!

Hi, Karen Mcguigan, hope you are very well, im sorry that you didnt like this tour, but we dont control the water conditions, one day the ocean is flat, and other day are with little waves. this is not like a lake that all the time are flat. . Yes you are right, you can rent a jet ski infront of your hotel and it cost from 60- 80 usd for only 30 minutes (we give 2 hours tour) and area you can use just infront of your hotel. Sorry for the inconvenient our tour is an extremly activity that you will know around Puerto Vallarta. We noticed that your kids enjoyed the tour.

I have asked for a refund from Viator 4 times now and have not even heard one word back from the company. They are not even replying to any of my requests. They show my jet ski tour as COMPLETED and it was definitly NOT COMPLETED! The fact that I can not even get a response that they do not care after four attempts is not acceptable.
