Check in is at 8:30 am the latest at Barefoot IV Catamaran, Avenida Marina View, Carr. 987 Km 1.3 Saldineras, Villa Marina, Fajardo, PR 00738. Passing Main Gate you'll see boats in dry dock to the left. Right after you will see a small gate to the left. Street parking is available.

Whether you’re a beach bum in search of that perfect stretch of sand, or just looking for the perfect reef adventure, this Puerto Rico catamaran excursion is sure to delight. Indulge yourself with a fun catamaran cruise to serene Icacos island for a day of swimming, underwater exploration and relaxation.
Make your own way to the catamaran’s departure point in Fajardo. From there, the catamaran proceeds east to the idyllic island of Icacos. Once anchored, spend the rest of your morning on the island as you wish, strolling the beach, searching for shells, snorkeling, or swimming in the aquamarine waters just offshore.
Head back to the catamaran for a midday lunch break. Lunch consists of “build your own” sandwiches with a variety of meats and cheeses, tuna salad, chicken salad, condiments, bread, pasta and green salad, and tropical fruits. Cool off with bottled water, sodas, pina coladas, and rum drink pouches.
Spend some more time relaxing or snorkeling before returning to the dock in Fajardo.

- The drive to Villa Marina is about 1 to 1 1/2 hours from San Juan. Please check in at the dock by 8:30 am at the latest.
- We need to be informed in advance by phone if you are bringing a certified service dog. Dog must have service dog tag/ID.
- If we need to cancel the charter due to weather you will not be charged. All determinations about weather cancellations are made by our captain. We watch the weather on an hourly basis, and in the tropics the weather is often locally specific. Please do not make the mistake of deciding not to arrive to your excursion because you think the weather might not be acceptable, as you will be charged as a no-show if the trip goes out.

Don’t hesitate to BOOK THIS TOUR!!!! Went in a group of 7 had a the best time on this catamaran because the crew is awesome! The crew members are a whole vibe! Great music, Great food, great drinks, so much fun! The island is beautiful with crystal clear blue waters and you will see a lot snorkeling as well!

Such a great time!! Definitely make sure to double up on SPF because you will get burned, but otherwise, it was so fun. The group of people we were on the boat with were so kind and the crew is amazing.

Great energy and a wonderful crew. Boat was clean and the trip was just the right length. The water where we snorkeled was very blue and saw some great sea life even though it was a bit choppy. Highly recommend- great experience. Boat had about 30 people on board.

Very enjoyable excursion! Look for correct company sign at marina. This was a fun excursion with our family, ages 10-64. Crew was there for us and wanted everyone to have a good time! Don't be fooled by sandwiches for lunch, they were delicious! Bartender Matthew kept everyone's glasses filled and kept the party going! Just long enough sail out to small islands, then beach and snorkeling , my opinion a perfect day!

Enjoyable short cat excursion to Icacos, Palimino islands. Excellent way to see the water, island. Captain Robert and his crew were fun and hospitable, professional. Good quality snorkel equipment. Nice selection of drinks and lunch sandwiches. Experienced a nice little downpour and then the sun. Everyone on the boat seemed to be enjoying themselves and having a great time highly recommend.

We were asked to arrive to the dock at 7:30a. We didn't start signing in and boarding the boat until 9am. The beach area was limited and small. The crew was great.

Our crew was amazing. So accommodating - serving beverages to my entire family - when ever needed. The group was relaxed but in charge and control of the trip. I liked this boat as it wasn’t as packed as the others I saw near by. Smaller but not a double decker… I liked that.
We had a nice sandwich lunch and wonderful fruit as a desert at the end. We had a bunch a beverage options.
We spent 2 hours at the beach and chilling and 1.5 snorkeling. We ended up seeing a dolphin and some of my boys swam next to it.
I never do reviews but I had to for these guys.

I booked this for my mom’s 60th birthday and it was perfect! The crew was extremely accommodating when helping my dad get on and off the boat and ensuring he could participate in the snorkel portion. The ride over to the island was quick (about 30 minutes) so we got to maximize our time on the beach and in the water! They had plenty of drinks for everyone and there is a bathroom on the boat. Some of the other boats on the island were geared towards partying, but this was a more relaxed/vacation vibe with good music, food, and drinks. It was a perfect way to spend a morning and is definitely worth the price! The only note we had is that the meeting point wasn’t as clear as it could have been. Some of the other boats leaving the marina had signage about where to check in/meet. There were other staff around though who were able to guide us to the correct location

We had a great time today doing this excursion. The guys running it were professional and personable. They made it a fun time.
The drinks were awesome, lunch was great.
First we went to a little island where we spent an hour or so hanging out in the water and on the beach. After we got back aboard, we went around the side of the Island to snorkel for an hour. Waves were choppy so they couldn’t take us to the regular spot, but we still saw fish and enjoyed the experience.
I thought it was a fun way to spend the day.

Quite enjoyable! Lunch was light and tasty. Perfect for the activity. Captain and crew were excellent. Very helpful, attentive and very personable. Highly recommend the package to anyone looking for a relaxing bit of play in the water. The dancing heading back to port capped the day perfectly.
