Check in is at 8:30 am the latest at Barefoot IV Catamaran, Avenida Marina View, Carr. 987 Km 1.3 Saldineras, Villa Marina, Fajardo, PR 00738. Passing Main Gate you'll see boats in dry dock to the left. Right after you will see a small gate to the left. Street parking is available.

Whether you’re a beach bum in search of that perfect stretch of sand, or just looking for the perfect reef adventure, this Puerto Rico catamaran excursion is sure to delight. Indulge yourself with a fun catamaran cruise to serene Icacos island for a day of swimming, underwater exploration and relaxation.
Make your own way to the catamaran’s departure point in Fajardo. From there, the catamaran proceeds east to the idyllic island of Icacos. Once anchored, spend the rest of your morning on the island as you wish, strolling the beach, searching for shells, snorkeling, or swimming in the aquamarine waters just offshore.
Head back to the catamaran for a midday lunch break. Lunch consists of “build your own” sandwiches with a variety of meats and cheeses, tuna salad, chicken salad, condiments, bread, pasta and green salad, and tropical fruits. Cool off with bottled water, sodas, pina coladas, and rum drink pouches.
Spend some more time relaxing or snorkeling before returning to the dock in Fajardo.

- The drive to Villa Marina is about 1 to 1 1/2 hours from San Juan. Please check in at the dock by 8:30 am at the latest.
- We need to be informed in advance by phone if you are bringing a certified service dog. Dog must have service dog tag/ID.
- If we need to cancel the charter due to weather you will not be charged. All determinations about weather cancellations are made by our captain. We watch the weather on an hourly basis, and in the tropics the weather is often locally specific. Please do not make the mistake of deciding not to arrive to your excursion because you think the weather might not be acceptable, as you will be charged as a no-show if the trip goes out.

Don’t hesitate to BOOK THIS TOUR!!!! Went in a group of 7 had a the best time on this catamaran because the crew is awesome! The crew members are a whole vibe! Great music, Great food, great drinks, so much fun! The island is beautiful with crystal clear blue waters and you will see a lot snorkeling as well!

Amazing Crew!!!! Food was great!!!! Captain Tito, Angel and Zoey were amazing, attentive, and on point throughout the tour!!! Definitely gonna bring our kids and grandchildren next time!!! What a great 49th Birthday on the water with this crew.
The staff was very welcoming and made sure everyone had fun! Def recommend if you want to have a fun time!

The marina was just outside where we stayed so easy to find. The crew was fun, helpful and attentive to all the guests. The day was beautiful, the beach was so peaceful and we even saw a wild dolphin. This was an adventure I would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Puerto Rico!

Literally the best time ever I couldn’t stop saying “wow this is life” or “holy sh*t I’m so sad we have to leave.” Just keep booking boat excursions like this when ur in Puerto Rico. Snorkeling could have gone better with what we were able to see but still superrrr cool experience. Would def come back!!

Crew was great!! Icacos is beautiful. The trip there on catamaran is about 45 minutes. Couple of things though. When you get to Icacos, depending on where the Captain parks the boat. The current can be very strong. A short walk around the western side of the island and its paradise. Only negative. You can’t use water shoes on the boat. I have gone on other tours and water shoes were allowed. The amount of people slipping on steps was too much not to notice. Always face the stairs when going up and down on a boat. Be safe. Don’t get hurt.

This was a great tour! Captain Robert, Mateo, Anthony and Hector were friendly, kind and ensured we had a great time. Our kids have allergies so they went the extra to ensure they ate first so there was no cross contamination. Extremely happy with the service provided. They were not only attentive to our group, they made sure the other groups were taken care of as well. It was also very clean. Highly recommend!!!

Had a great experience! The boat ride was really smooth, beach time at Icacos was really nice, lunch was great and really enjoyed the drinks throughout the day. The snorkeling was also really fun - saw a stingray! The whole crew was wonderful. FYI the booking said 8:30am was latest time we could check in but check in didn't really start until around 8:45-8:50 ish.

Trip was great from beginning to end. Make sure to look for “Castillo Tours” sign so you can park close by check in. Flow of drinks were on point, music was good, Icacos always a vibe. Would highly recommend!

Me & my nana went. My nana doesn’t swim so enjoyed herself on the boat meanwhile I enjoyed myself in the water. Food was fresh, drinks were good, location was great.

I can’t say enough good things about this excursion! This was my groups favorite activity we did the whole trip!
Everyone working the boat was kind and helpful. They first take you to icacos where you enjoy the water and they prepare lunch. After lunch they provide a beautiful fruit platter. All while enjoying unlimited drinks.
After the beach they take you a short distance away to snorkel for an hour. If you go a little further back from the boat there’s huge reefs to explore, it’s amazing.
I couldn’t recommend this excursion enough!

This is great for families! We went with our kids, who are two young adults and our 12 year old and they all absolutely loved it and said it was the best part of our trip. If you’re a family looking to do something fun in the water, it’s highly recommended!
