Bumper Boats & Idiots

The mangrove and bio bay components were very cool and I do feel like once in a lifetime. But the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The times listed aren’t accurate. It’s 100s of people playing bumper boats on a tiny canal. This include beginner kayakers who disrupt the whole trip flow. Lastly you could tell our tour guides did not care at all. It was so obvious they did not want to be there at all. They also did not know what they were doing and one tour guide shoved our kayak into the trees since he was out of control.

Hi Samantha! Thank you for the honest feedback. We’re glad the mangrove paddle and bio bay still felt cool and once in a lifetime, even though the overall experience missed the mark for you. Spring break is the busiest time of year for this experience, and that can definitely mean a more overcrowded canal and more beginner kayakers affecting the flow than usual. We also hear your concerns about the guide issues and how that shaped the night and will work to address those.
