I was traveling alone and Louis my tour guide and driver waited till my uber driver arrived and made certain I put in the correct address of hotel and did not leave till I was safely on my way

The staff were very kind and accommodating. There is very limited parking and the tour guide allowed my husband to follow him to possible parking lots so he could park and join us. We drove around for an hour, so please consider getting dropped off. The guide provided cold waters for the ride and gave some great information about old San Juan.

This is a must do when visiting San Juan. Our driver, Fernando, was so knowledgeable and made the trip so much fun. We saw all the main sites that old San Juan has to offer and finished the tour with a pina colada and Puerto Rican specialty snack. I highly recommend this tour and this company for anyone wanting to get a good solid overview of old San Juan. A special shout out two Joanna, who runs the reservations and is the point of contact for the company. She is absolutely amazing!!!

You receive a detailed, informative and insightful tour of Old San Juan. The golf cart can easily navigate the very tight streets and many hills!! Our tour guide was engaging and enjoyable to listen to!!

Golf Cart Tours are a great way to see the whole of Old San Juan.
It's great for people who may have difficulty walking distances. Old San Juan has hills.

What a fun and informative tour! We were running a little late but they were very kind and waited for us. The golf cart experience was the best! Open air, no tired legs and best of all our guide knew so much about the city. We loved it. Great afternoon. The Pina Colada was refreshing at the end too 😎

Thankful to have a shaded ride. It was a typical sunny and hot day in Old San Juan. Our guide was very helpful. We were very happy with the service and tour. One thing to understand is there are no stops to go in and visit any sights. Its mostly a drive by experience.

This is a great rainy day activity. These carts have plastic that helps shield from the rain. But the price is as much as it costs to go on a snorkeling boat. If you are wanting to save money - book the walking tour or do it on your own.

Our guide was informative and we really enjoyed seeing the sites. What we didn't enjoy was his constant push of his political views even after we asked him to not talk politics, one because we were on vacation and two, politics can ruin relationships if they are in conflict with each other. Then he proceeded to bash the police not knowing he had one in the golf cart with him. This experience would have been a 10/10 had he kept these comments to himself and just stuck to the facts of the tour.
We did tip him because he did what we hired him to do, we just didn't need the added commentary. It was annoying and inaccurate in almost everything he brought up.

It was amazing!!! Our tour guide Luis/Luiz is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He’s the best!! I would definitely recommend this tour! It’s worth every cent! This tour is priceless. We got so many beautiful pictures, were able to take in all of the nice views and we weren’t rushed at all. 20/10! Beyond amazing

We had a great time on this tour. They sent info via text including a pinned address to successfully find the office. The tour company called about 15 minutes before our scheduled time to confirm our attendance and offer to pick us up at the cruise terminal. Upon arrival, they offered cold sodas and waters to take on our tour. The office also had a clean bathroom for guests to use. Our driver, Luis, was very knowledgeable and accommodating to what our family was interested in. It was rainy at times but the golf cart was equipped with plastic sides to keep riders dry.
There is no way our family could have seen as much of Old San Juan without the tour. The city is very hilly with small (and at times crowded) sidewalks due to the historical structures. Luis was knowledgeable about the city and gave great recommendations on things to see and places to eat. (We had a very nice meal at Raíces after the tour.)
The tour ended with piña coladas and alcapurrias. Both were delicious! After the official end of the tour, our driver offered to drop our family off in the city. He also offered more cold beverages for the rest of our day.

The golf cart was very comfortable with flaps on the sides to keep out the rain. We had a great time in spite of the bad weather. Our tour guide was informative and friendly. The office staff was very welcoming. Only negative was the address for the meeting place was incorrect.

Worth every penny. Perfect way to acclimate yourself to Old San Juan. Favorite part of our trip. Loved our driver. Trip ended with a local snack and virgin Pina Colada.

This is not an informative tour- it is quite simply riding in a golf cart around Old San Juan. We rode in the back facing out as traffic approached. Not a warm fuzzy feeling as the roads are quite busy. It was difficult to see things and had to constantly turn around. The guide was not a tour guide but just someone from the area that provided little detail.

We only had a day in San Juan and it was the perfect thing to do. Lots of hills in the old part of the city and the golf cart was the perfect way to maneuver through the streets. Got to see all the highlights and got great stories from Edu our driver. He was very accommodating and a lot of fun. We highly recommend this tour.

Full transparency, upon booking I found it to be pretty pricey.
However.
It was a super worth it.
I’m pretty familiar with Old San Juan and this was a really tremendous overview of all the areas and sites.
Especially liked that it went through the municipal area—as you probably wouldn’t walk that far on your own and it’s a gorgeous area.
Driver/guide was super knowledgeable and friendly.
Hospitality is big for me on any tour, and they’ve got that in spades…we got dropped off at the wrong place and they came and picked us up + so much cold water/ soda + offered to drive us back to our hotel. Cart itself was as luxurious as can be—and the wind made a hot day just fine.
Don’t miss the pina colada at the end-delish.

Loved our guide and driver! Wonderful tour with lots of interesting information and friendly staff. As a bonus, they took us back to Old SJU after the tour so we could explore on our own. Just get there early as the office is hard to find from the directions provided in Viator. FYI, the map shows the office by VIP jetskis.. It is not the first VIP jetskis located on the water, but the actual office in the building across the street and around the corner.

We really enjoyed our golf car tour of Old San Juan. Even though we had already spent a few days in San Juan, the tour helped us “connect the dots” and better understand the city and its history. Derek was a great guide and driver. He shared interesting information and made the ride fun. We felt very safe, even in the busy city traffic. The 1.5 to 2-hour tour was the perfect length. Overall, it was interesting and fun—highly recommended.
