We booked round trip transportation to/from Fajardo. The driver was on the phone the ENTIRE time she was driving us, both to our activity and on the return drive. I am bilingual and know that almost the entire time she was on personal calls. I did not appreciate her taking, and much less placing calls while driving. On the good side, she was punctual picking us up and was there waiting when we finished our activity.

Our driver Mario knew how to get around the worst traffic at rush hour and get us to Fajardo right on time. He also offered to pick us up after the tour and he was a saint to wait for our late arrival and get us back to our hotel. He even called another driver to help out layers who were stranded with unreliable Uber service. Book with Mario if you want to be sure of a prompt comfy ride!
