A well done tour. The description did not say that this did not include a tour of Old San Juan. After being on this tour, I realize tbhat that would have been impossible due to the narrow streets in Old San Juan.

Greetings, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for letting us know that you enjoyed the tour. For clarification, the tour takes place in Old San Juan, with the central meeting and narration point at Plaza Colón, located in the heart of Old San Juan. As clearly stated in the tour description, Old San Juan is an island with very narrow streets, which makes full interior access by trolley impossible. For this reason, the tour does not enter areas such as El Morro. San Cristóbal Fort is located directly across the street from Plaza Colón, which is where it is discussed during the tour. Additionally, the trolley route we advertise and operate runs from Old San Juan to the Condado area, exactly as described in the listing. This route is intentional and accurately reflects the experience offered. While we truly appreciate that you enjoyed the tour, a 3-star rating based on a misunderstanding of the tour description does not accurately reflect the service provided.
