It was a nice tour except for the fact that other people who booked the tour arrived fifteen minutes late and instead of honoring what the rest of us who were on time paid for the tour guide rushed through the tour and completely skipped over parts and didn't let us get out at the spots we were supposed to get out of in order to take pictures. I'd even asked if we could and the guide ignored my request. It was still a very informative tour and the guide was nice I just didn't appreciate paying money for something and not getting the experience I paid for.

Our guide was Christopher (Chris) and he was exceptional. I had taken this same exact tour in February 2025 with my mother but Chris was much more thorough with his explanations. His knowledge of Puerto Rican culture and history was impressive. My whole family and ai enjoyed every aspect of the tour. He was kind and attentive to our needs especially since we were traveling with my elderly mother. We look forward to taking this tour again but only if it’s with Chris again!

The guide and experience were good. However, it was definitely overpriced. There were no complimentary beverages and the tour lasted exactly 1 hour. The information we received was great and the guide was very nice and knowledgeable. Only complaint is the price for a one hour tour.

This is the best way to see Old San Juan. Christopher our tour guide was very knowledgeable and took us to so many different locations. We were able to get off and take pictures and then off we went again. Absolutely loved this tour!

This golf cart tour of San Juan was an absolute blast for both teens and adults! It was such a fun and easy way to explore the city while keeping everyone engaged.
Our guides were fantastic—knowledgeable, entertaining, and great at keeping the energy up the whole time. We got to see so many cool spots and learn interesting history without it ever feeling boring.
It was the perfect mix of sightseeing and fun, and everyone in our group loved it. Highly recommend this tour if you’re traveling with a mix of ages—we’d definitely do it again!

This was a really great experience! Highly recommend for Family or friends. Good for the kids as it’s very educational too and amazing to see so many different things in that amount of time. That way you’re kind of able to go back and visit larger, museums, or forts when you have time but then you also know now how to navigate your way through old San Juan.. our tour guide, Brandi was amazing and you’re lucky if you get her to be your guide!

Be careful who you ride with - the people we rode with chatted the entire time so very little was learned about old San Juan. The operator had little control, and let them chat. Then she and the people began praising being weed heads. It definitely wasn’t a good feeling after learning that. Oh it was a late pickup too. I’d probably try another tour company.

First of all we were not able to ride with our son because Chris made the decision to split us. We wanted to go with Brandi in her golf cart. Our tour started after 9 am and ended at 10:23 am which is over 30 minutes earlier than planned. The reason for the early ending was Chris, the driver, had to relieve himself. After a wait of 30 minutes at the drop off point, the Brandi’s arrived. We discovered that Brandi had graciously given them an extra stop for photos since one of the designated spots had been eliminated due to a funeral. Chris did not do that for us. Brandi had provided an excellent service and commentary of the different historic spots and government buildings. Our driver, Chris, was boring with limited knowledge. The whole tour was a waste of $285.
Every one on Brandi’s cart tipped her, and no one tipped Chris.
This tour was very disappointing due to our driver. We deserve compensation!

I booked for ten people and confirmed with emails etc only to find out the day of the tour that the operator overbooked and just decided to move our group to a later time . Since we were on a cruise this was extremely upsetting and we had time constraints When I called repeatedly I couldn’t get anyone and wasted over an hour on hold while the main viator office also tried to reach the local operator. This was a very expensive trip totaling. $850! After much aggravation we were forced to go later which was inconvenient and extremely unfair. I always recommended viator but will rethink as will my friends that accompanied me. Viator would not refund our money although it was them that changed the terms of our agreement. Not a good business practice! The actual tour guide tried his best but said his boss was the one who postponed our confirmed tour time. Very unprofessional to just say an hour before the trip that we have to change your time!
