Private tour of Old San Juan with Carlos

Carlos was a fantastic tour guide during this experience! He was a wealth of knowledge about Puerto Rican history, architecture and culture. He drove us around for an extra hour to make the most of our experience after a glitch that caused the tour to start later than planned. We appreciate his patience as he also gave us extra time to shop in Old San Juan. Carlos is an excellent tour guide and I'd recommend taking his tour without hesitation!

He was not at pickup...

He was not at pickup location when I was told to be there 15 minutes early. Still no show at start time. I called him after tour start time. He was still 10 minutes late. Tour was nice. He drove so many of the streets of old San Juan. Got close to forts. Knew much of the history. Friendly and great driver. Would have been 5 stars if he had called me earlier to reassure me he was coming. I understand the traffic.
