Our driver was a young lady whose name I unfortunately do not recall. But, she was extremely professional and friendly. We will late to arrive due to airplane mechanical issues, yet she was waiting for us. The whole process was seamless and she got us to our hotel quickly and efficiently. She even avoided a crazy driver that cut her off at the last minute. A true professional! Highly recommend.

I submitted as per your request the information of my flight.
As I was leaving from Amsterdam to Prague the driver call me if I was at the Airport in Prague
I had to resend him the information again.
When We arrived at the airport he was no even there and I had to call him. He showed up like 10 minutes after. Not a friendly guy.

There was a late change of flight times which caused some confusion as the flight arrived early. The company were really helpful in sorting this out and made sure we got to our hotel with a minimum of fuss . Would recommend.

5 Stars is not enough for my experience with this transfer. They truly earned 5++ stars, two thumbs up, and much more! We had originally scheduled a 4 PM pick-up at Prague airport but our connecting flight in Munich was cancelled. This caused us to be re-route through Frankfurt and then on to Prague. This resulted in arriving 6 hours later than planned. The transfer company were very accomodating in changing our pick-up time on extremely short notice and my wife and I were very appreciative and greatful.
When we finally arrived in Prague, they were ready to connect with us at arrivals and we were quickly on our way to the hotel. The car was very nice a roomy. Very comfortable after sitting in a small airplane seat for over 14 hours. There didn't appear to be any traffic and we arrived to our hotel in less time than I had anticipated.
Once again, this transfer company was FANTASTIC!! The driver was very courteous and polite. I will definitely use them again if we are ever in Prague again.

Our taxi driver texted us to ask if we had arrived and we told him we were going through passport control. We didn't know it at the time but it took 90 minutes to clear through the new passport control process. Our driver kept in touch and waited for us to emerge from the security checks.

After arriving at the Prague Airport, checking through Customs and getting our bags, we met our driver who was waiting for us in the main hall of the airport. He helped us with our bags while walking to his car and drove us to our hotel. His English was good and he told us about his experience living in Prague as well as pointed-out sites along the way. The ride was comfortable and timely.

The pickup at the airport was absolutely perfect and seamless. The gentleman was waiting for us in the airport with a sign and promptly escorted us to his luxury vehicle. It was a smooth, pleasant ride and he (forgot his name!) spoke to us about his beautiful city as we drove to the hotel. For our first time in Prague, I highly recommend this service!
