Pompeii/Vesuvius Tour Worth the Money

Frankie showed us around Pompeii, and he was an excellent Tour Guide! He made jokes and was laughing the entire time; we all enjoyed him! Walking up Vesuvius was difficult, but rewarding at the top. The wine tasting/meal was very good with inviting conversations.

This was a good tour. Our guy picking us up was right on time. However, if you are coming from the Amalfi coast be prepared for the drive. We were then passed off to the tour guide who was funny and great. However, you can spend all day there. You are only given a few hours and you only get to see the important stuff…which was good. Then off to the wine tasting. The wine was ehhh. However, having to hike up Mount Vesuvius was difficult after a hard lunch-wine tasting. We made it tough and it was worth it. However, we were very close to our time to be back down to the meeting point. So you better be fit. This is definitely not for those who are not or have some kind of physical condition. No cute shoes, this is a walk fast tour. I hope this information helps.
