Really cool site to see in Pompeii although two hours is probably not enough. The wine tasting was beautiful and was well worth the money we paid.

We saw a lot of Pompeii with a tour guide who was very knowledgeable! We also had a private car organized by the agency for the tour and our driver Vincenzo was so sweet! He picked us up in Praiano, brought us to Pompeii, then brought us to a wine tasting and lunch at the base of Vesuvius and then back to Praiano! We had an amazing day!

While the tour was very good, we were picked up in a vehicle that was too small. Four of us had to sit on one seat and none of us could sit with both buttocks on the seat; my friend ended up moving to the floor for our 1.25 hour drive. Please note that none of ys are large people. I reached out to tour organizer who apologized for the “small inconvenience “. Very unacceptable.

We had a great experience with Aiana travel. We booked a day trip to Pompeii and a winery tour, tasting, and lunch through Viator and everything went smoothly. They picked us up outside of our hotel in Positano and took us directly to the ruins of Pompeii and then to the winery and back to the hotel. The driver was punctual and professional. The tour guide of Pompeii (Claudia) was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Pickup driver was prompt and picked us up from our hotel and got us exactly where we needed to go to meet our tour guide, Sebastian. The information Sebastian gave us was interesting and quite humorous at times. Following the Pompeii portion, our driver got us to the winery where we had delicious foods with thoughtful wine pairings. Great experience top to bottom.

Great staff, easy pick up from the hotel, knowledgeable tour guide, and wonderful wine! No wait in line either, was able to go through the “fast lane”. It was a quick “tour” but food was fantastic along with the views!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The driver picked us up in Positano on time, the guide brought to life the city of Pompeii. With masses of people at the site, he still managed to find us quiet places to stop and reflect. Lunch at the winery was an amazing experience. All followed by a long nap on the drive back to Pompeii!

This was wonderful. Everything was taken care of, from prompt pickup at the hotel, air conditioned private car, transfer to Pompei, and water to a great lunch at a winery with a fantastic view of the volcano. Nicola was great, and I loved the fact that the agency texted us at WhatsApp and we always knew when they were coming and where to meet them.

Transportation reliable but driver spoke very little English. But once we started our tour, we loved our guide and learned a lot of interesting information about Pompeii. After the tour, we went for a lovely tour through a vineyard which included a delicious lunch and paired wines.

Was the perfect tour length. Expected to get closer to Vesuvius but you can see its afar away beast. What a fabulous lunch at the winery. Did not expect that. No dinner for us that day. Great value for a “must do” tour.

It was a nice day. The driver was professional and kind. It was just us two in the car, which we didn’t expect. We had a road issue and were late but it worked out. The Pompeii tour was disappointing. The site itself was amazing but the guide was really hard to hear and we didn’t realize we were going to be in a random group of 15+. Personally, we would have preferred a small group or to have just explored on our own. The winery was really beautiful and a nice experience. There was plentiful food but the main was fine (spaghetti and meatballs). Some tables / couples in our group got an additional wine than us. I’m not sure if that was intentional but seemed odd. Our only other feedback would be to have clearer information upfront about what to expect at Pompeii and the wine tour as we felt a little lost about what was happening or what the plan was.
We also would recommend having an option where people can go from the winery to the Naples/ train station and a way to migrate to their next location vs. being a day trip back to Positano. The drive is long and curvy so being able to use the tour as a stopover would’ve been really nice.

Tour guide for Pompei tour was excellent, very informative and enjoyed it a lot. Our pickup and drop off driver was very smooth driver on the roads that were very windy roads and knew alternate route when we came across traffic jam.
The winery tour was very good, nice wine and good meal for lunch with cheese, meats and pasta as well as dessert cake.
Would definitely recommend to others.

Tour was great. We were the only only two so it was private when we were expecting a group. Not complaining, but would have been more sociable with some company, especially at the wine tasting. Our guide was enjoyable and she presented the history of Pompeii exceptionally well. The company picked us up in an air conditioned Mercedes van at our hotel in Positano to start the day and transported us all the way to Pompeii to meet with her at the entrance of the Pompeii ruins. After the tour, she then handed us off to a different driver who took us to the winery on the slopes of Mt. Vesuvius. Very enjoyable and fantastic wines with a memorable host. Once we were finished, we contacted the tour company and the original driver picked us up and carried us back to Positano. Overall, an enjoyable day and fun excursion.

From the pick up to the drop off couldn’t have had a better experience. Once we arrive Robin our tour guide was very knowledgeable, taking you back in time. The tour was around two hours. We left there headed to Cantina Del Vesuvius for the wine tasting. The wine and food was delicious! We weren’t going to buy anything we told our selves before we arrived and ending up shipping wine back to the states. This tour and trip is definitely something you’ll want to do.

Our guide, Imma, was really great. I wasn't sure Pompeii would prove as interesting as all the hype. Imma was very knowledgeable and informative and made the experience memorable. I would highly recommend Imma and this Viator tour. We also enjoyed the wine tasting and lunch, but Pompeii was of course the highlight of this tour.

Great tour, experienced guide. We were picked up from our hotel and even though everyone on our tour had cancelled except us it still went ahead. Tour guide for Pompeii was very experienced and we ended up avoiding the crowds for the most part, the winery was stunning as well. Highly recommend.

Visiting Pompeii was one of the best things I have done while in Italy. The tour guide at Pompeii was outstanding... Knowledgeable, very friendly and gave us great insight into the remains of the city.
