Victor & Gabriel were great guides! Smooth seas a sunny morning, well worth the time! Loved the smaller boat and only up to 12 people. Were able to travel up into many caves where the views were spectacular. They even allowed us a short swim in the ocean! Was a great trip-highly recommend this trip! Great experience for a reasonable fee.

Vitor and the captain provided an excellent tour of the Benagil caves and surrounding caves. We picked this tour option vs the other options for the smaller group size and more private feeling tour and we received just that. Our kids loved the experience of being in a smaller group and seeing the caves very closely due to the boat size. We even stopped at a secluded beach to swim. Definitely recommend booking this tour if you want a private tour feel! And transportation to and from our hotel was included which was a bonus!

Absolutely recommend! Captain Victor was great as was Gabriel. They both were friendly and provided interesting facts about all the caves and the Algarve. The boat was comfortable and the perfect size for maneuvering close by and into the caves. Our entire family (kids ages 18, 15 and 11) had a fantastic time.

Beautiful views in the caves. Earlier the better to avoid the waves. Boat crew was nice. Bring a towel as you get a little spray from the ocean.

We enjoyed an excellent 2hr boat tour with Blue Ocean visiting the famous Benagil and numerous other caves, and a 10 minute sea swim near a lovely beach and cliffs near the caves afterwards (take your swim kit!) before returning to Portimão Marina.

Victor, our Skipper was informative and kind. He knew how to engage his gusts and it was obvious he loves why he does. He is a tru educator. We loved seeing all the caves and enjoyed the history. Highly recommend this tour with Lue Ocean tours.

None. I waited at the appointed meeting place for an 11:30 tour. Even though I was provided a local # I do not have an international plan. Through the kindness of a local she was able to contact the tour operator at 11:34 who I spoke to only to find out that the were closed for the season and they had no confirmation from Viator. He apologized for the mixup and said he would contact Viator and request my refund. Which he did and I did receive my refund but that still does not compensate my disappointment with not being able to visit the caves. My disapproval is not with the tour operator, who could not apologize enough but with Viator. Who up to an hour before the tour sent me reminders of tour. And after acknowledging a refund was being issued keeps emailing me to give a review of the tour they should know I did get to use due to their error. I have tried to contact Viator with no success. The emails that are sent are no reply emails thus, this is my only way to vent my disappointment.

These kinds of mix-ups are very rare and from our part we still don’t understand why we didn´t get any notice about your trip. This doesn´t make up for the fact that you missed the opportunity to visit the Benagil caves that we are very sorry about.

We loved our trip with Blue Ocean Trips. Our guide was funny and informative. They kept us safe (in all the crazy traffic at Benagil) and brought us to beautiful locations. They made sure we saw everything we wanted. We were able to swim at Praia da Afurada and it was just the four of us. What an experience!! Would recommend this group & go with them again someday!!

Excellent organisation by Blue Ocean Trips from start to finish. We were picked up from our hotel in Alvor at the agreed time. I mentioned I was a bit nervous of boats / water so the lady who picked us up made sure the skipper was aware but I needn’t have worried as he was excellent. I felt really safe. We were told local facts as we passed areas. The caves are amazing but trip made even better by our guides. Would definitely recommend Blue Ocean Trips

Great ride, we were 2 families ideal to enjoy the ride. We were able to stop on a deserted beach where the children could go swimming.
