Pickup is available from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum & any place in the Riviera Maya. Pickups at Playa Mujeres or Costa Mujeres have an additional charge of 50USD fee total that will be paid the day of the tour. We pick you up at the lobby of your hotel or Airbnb. During high season, we highly suggest to move the pickup time to 6:30 am to avoid traffic, crowds and the midday heat.

Our tour guide was amazing, friendly and very well informed. We had the most amazing trip. Lunch was great and cenote was refreshing and magical after a hot day! I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could.

Chichen Itza has been on my bucket list since I was a kid. This tour was incredible and made the experience 100 times better. You get picked up early, in a great vehicle, and get to Chichen Itza almost as soon as it opens. When we got there, there were only a few groups, and souvenir stalls only just setting up. By the time we were leaving it was heaving and stalls were everywhere! The whole day we managed to stay just ahead of the crowds which was perfect. The Cénote was wonderful, and lunch was fantastic. But what made this tour was our guide, Eric. He was so knowledgeable and passionate about Mexican history and languages - we learned so much! But he also went out of his way to help us find the specific souvenirs we were after, which was so appreciated. Honestly cannot recommend this tour enough - entirely worth the money! We previously did a bus tour of other ruins and while good we had to wait on so many other people and couldn’t customise anything - this tour meant we were back at our hotel for 5pm and got to do things at our pace which was exactly what we were after. Don’t hesitate to book!

Juan Miguel Was EXCELLENT. This man definitely knows his history. This is important for someone like me who has to know every detail about history, floral and fauna.
My wife and I had a FABULOUS time and learned loads. Juan made us feel safe at all times and showed us how to work around without being bilingual.
This man is AMAZING and is very well EDUCATED. We were privileged to have him.
Also, he is of Mayan culture and a PHd in archeology.
Trust me. This is the guide you want to show you the area.

Juan was absolutely incredible! What a perfect day! We got too lucky chichen itza right when it opened, had the most incredible local food, and absolutely loved the Cenote which was not too crowded. Juan is an archeologist and very knowledgeable about local culture and history!

The VIP tour of Chichen Itza was amazing! Our guide, Eric did a fantastic job and was extremely knowledgeable. We loved everything about the day. From the tour of Chichen Itza, to swimming in the cenote, to the delicious lunch at a local restaurant, everything was fantastic. We would highly recommend this tour.

We had a wonderful day with Eric. He picked us up on time and gave us wonderful information regarding the history of the Mayan culture. When we got to. Chichen itza, he gave us a lot of information regarding the different temples and the sports Arena and the various temples and structures that were on the property. Then he gave a sample time to wander around on our own. We enjoyed seeing the cenote. There were other people there, but it wasn’t too crowded so we enjoyed it. Then we had a wonderful lunch before heading back for the day. But definitely recommend this tour to other people.

Visitor was great with communication. Emailed with all information and any necessary adjustments. Provided all information we asked for. Everything ran smooth and timely. Our guide Juan was wonderful. He picked us up and drove us to the different locations. He was very knowledgeable and informative. We were 2 families traveling with kids. Juan was attentive to the needs of our group, especially traveling with children in the extremely hot weather. He modified things to address our needs.

Oscar made the trip exactly how we wanted it to be. He was very knowledgeable about the region and the history.
A private tour guide for your group is the way to go. The ride was far more comfortable than being packed in your van. The travel time is also reduced, allowing you more time to explore your destinations. It also allows you the one on one interaction to make sure all of your questions are answered.
Chichen Itza is remarkable, the cenote was breathtaking and the restaurant we visited was delicious and the authentic Mexican food we were hoping for.
I would highly recommend this tour and Oscar Sanchez to anyone

Abraham was an awesome guide! So knowledgeable and excited about the tour, timely, great driver too. He knew exactly how to get us in and out before the crowds, gave us all of the history, and took us the most peaceful ceynote ever. No crowds, just gorgeous nature. Abraham was an amazing tour guide! He picked us up from our resort on time and got us to Chichén Itzá quickly and safely! Arriving early was definitely the way to go, as it gets very busy quickly! I was curious how one company had so many 5 star reviews across their websites and I’m very happy we got to experience why that is. Next time we are in Cancun I will definitely be reaching out for another tour. Well worth the investment and time.

Irvin made our trip PERFECT and MAGICAL to Chichén Itzá archaeological site in Mexico and Cenote in Oxman!

Abraham was awesome. From start to finish he took care of our family of four with two toddler boys. Quick to make us comfortable we beat the crowd in to see the temples and he made it interactive for the kids finding snakeheads and skulls. He was flexible with the hangry kids and took us right to lunch afterwards and let us order ahead so we walked into a beautiful restaurant and had the food out to us a minute later. After chowing down on authentic and delicious food, we headed to the cenote for a refreshing plunge. Wife and I did the rope swing dive and the kiddos came down the ladder. Abraham took care of the photos. Easy in and out with changing rooms and restrooms, and a few tequila shots for mom and dad. I don’t remember the ride back cause we all took a nap and arrive safe and sound back at the hotel with plenty of time for dinner. Highly recommend for families or anyone as this can be a couples adventure or full family. Private tour is the way to go, trust me you don’t want to be in that line of buses sweating through the crowds.

Our experience was amazing, enhanced immeasurably by the unmatched professionalism, knowledge and consideration of our guide, Heriberto.
From his myriad facts during our tour of Chichén Itzá, his willingness to take photos throughout the day (including a Cenote swim), to planning lunch, to ensuring we had the best time possible, I cannot conceive of any other tour guide who better sets the standard for professionalism more so than Heriberto!
It was equally educational and delightful to spend the day in his company; 5 stars across the board!

Isaac was our driver and guide. He was on time
At the hotel for pick up. He has an excellent English. Took us first to chichen itza and explained in a very interesting and informative way about the Maya temple and culture. Then we continued to Valladolid cause we asked not to do a cenote. Which is a cute little city that you visit in 1,5h time. We have dietary restrictions which Isaak took care of and took us to a lovely lunch in an hotel in the Valladolid. Where the atmosphere was fun. Relaxing and authentic. He drive us back to the hotel and all together we were 9h away. Definitely a great guide for English speakers! I recommend

No negatives at all from this tour. The drive was easy, Chichen Itza was wonderful, the cenote was beautiful, and the service was great. However, Juan (our guide) was spectacular. He truly made the experience worthwhile and was knowledgeable beyond belief. His passion for the Mayan people and their culture was palpable. He really did make this tour one of the most memorable experiences of our lives! Thank you Juan!!!

Heber (guide) and Jorge (driver) were fabulous and toured us knowledgeably and safely through Chichen Itza and a cenote and Valladolid. Heber was so well prepared and informative about the archaeology and about Mayan culture and Mexico more generally and we learned so much. We would absolutely recommend this tour and felt the private option was definitely the way to go, as we beat all the crowds everywhere!

We were picked up from our airbnb in Tulum, and our tour guide reached out and recommended we leave at 6:30am. I am so glad he asked us to start early. We avoided the intense heat, CRAZY crowds, and traffic. The tour guide Oscar was so nice and friendly and knowledgeable and after the tour he took us to a great restaurant in Valladolid. The restaurant had great food, lots of options to accommodate dietary restrictions and large portions. One tip: make sure to carry your passport because you cross state lines on the tour. Highly highly recommend this tour.

Gerry is the most amazing tour guide any of the four of us have used. He was personable, went out of his way to adapt to our interests, and deeply knowledgeable about ancient history. The best day! We absolutely recommend this tour. Ask for Heber if you can as he was fantastic - so knowledgeable and took us to a great local spot for lunch away from the buses and crowds. We learned much more than we would in a group tour, able to ask loads of questions and having a really tailored experience.
It was 10/10 for us!

Wow, what a wonderful time! Our party was my 70 yr old parents, my husband and I with our 18 month old child, and everyone enjoyed themselves. My kiddo had a meltdown at one point from lack of sleep and our guide was super accommodating and understanding. He was knowledgeable and comprehensive, he truly knows his stuff and we had a lovely time. One of my favorite tours!
