Itinerary

In the morning, connect with your driver and small group at a convenient meeting point in central Pisa, and set off into the Tuscan countryside aboard an air-conditioned minivan.

Head first to San Gimignano. With its distinctive skyline of medieval towers, this charming town—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—is sometimes called "the Manhattan of Tuscany."

After an immersive sightseeing stop, head to your second destination of the day: a winery in the Chianti wine region. Learn more about local winemaking traditions, and taste through several delicious wines, accompanied by a light lunch.

Finally, after your two-in-one day out, return to Pisa in the late afternoon, where the tour ends.

Lovely experience, Massimo our guide was great and extremely friendly. We managed to visit place where we normally wouldn’t be able to if we did not join. Definitely recommend.

Towns were lovely but there was zero engagement from the driver. No commentary or direction just dropped us off and told us where and what time to meet. Not enough time in San Gimignano and the winery tour promised at the start of the wine tasting never happened though I asked several times about it. Finally after a long day dropping off in Lucca before taking us back to Pisa took far longer than I would reasonably expect. They really need to run separate tours from both places.

I am sorry to read the San Gimignano side and wine tasting later, did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the San Gimignano, it's very beautifull, but as a really small village, needs 1 hours to be visited and we spend 1,5 hours over there. About the wine tasting, it's strange to lnpow about you didn't like it, because we have many reviews on this tour and the same winery (also, we have reviews at the same tour and date, they were together with you) and we have 5 stars review for that. Let me then please invite everyone to read several reviews on our tours, to have a more complete perspective on the quality that Bellaitaliatour delivers on them. The two cities were fascinating. Our driver Emmy was terrific. Be aware that both cities are up hill. I have a problem walking. Both guides were very accommodating at where I was dropped off. Just take it slow and go into all the shops. We had beautiful weather.

A must do! A comfortable air conditioned van collected us from our Pisa accommodation. With an excellent lady driver and a lovely lady guide a total of 6 passengers relished the luxury of being escorted through Tuscan landscapes to these fabulous towns. We had adequate time to explore and we're thrilled to have seen these places. A stop for wine tasting and cheese/ olives was a nice finale, with plenty of good photo stops en route. Bravo!

Superb trip through Bellaitalia in a minivan. We travelled this way before with the same company,a very enjoyable and personal experience. The guide lucca sorry if the spelling is incorrect was excellent and very helpful and friendly. Good value for money.
