We loved learning about the fresh ingredients, food and cooking techniques. Very well organised class which started with a trip to the local market (where we got to try a few things) and ended with us eating the delicious food we cooked under Tony’s knowledgeable guidance. Lots of hands on cooking time and the group was small enough to get lots of face time and get to know the group. Tony and the team were fantastic. Thanks for sharing your experience and enthusiasm for cooking with us!

We really enjoyed Tony’s Thai Cooking class. We started at the markets with knowledgeable Ann to purchase our ingredients. We were impressed with how most things in the market were purchased on an app using QR codes (more advanced than the cash used in Australia). We were then driven in a beautiful air conditioned car to Tony’s class (also air conditioned) where we learnt about the ingredients then made a delicious Tom Kha Gai soup, chicken curry, Pad Thai (chicken or prawn) and sticky rice. We wished we had a microwave in our hotel room so we could take the left overs as there was so much food! The 4 courses were delicious and we’re looking forward to making a Thai banquet for our family when we get home. Tony was a wonderful chef, very entertaining and communicated well. Water was also provided and there was a rest room/toilet on site. A must do tour.

Excellent experience (my second time!) chef Ann made it sooo fun! we visited a morning market for some ingredients…. lots of information about the ingredients and snacks 😍 then back to class, a well organized and structured sessions (especially making 4 dishes). My favorite Massaman Curry and mango sticky rice, I would most definately do again

Great market tour and cooking class! Tony is a very good teacher and gave us lots of tips on adjusting ingredients and making the dishes our own. My teen son and I thoroughly enjoyed tasting local dishes at the market and pestering Tony with lots of questions as well as cooking at Tony’s studio. We made a soup and curry of our choice as well as prawn pad thai and sticky rice with mango. My son has a peanut allergy which was very well catered for. We then sat down and ate together with the other class participants and took home the leftovers. Tony emailed through lots of photos and a recipe book. We travelled a long way from the other side of Phuket to get to the class but it was well worth it - priceless to hear my son say he felt really “accomplished” afterwards. Thank you Tony!

Tony cancelled on our group as we were waiting for the taxi he had already said he had organised. It was last minute and asked if we could change the date as the market was closed....I call Bull sh#t I think he forgot to book us in and tried to cover his mistake by cancelling last minute I demanded a full refund. He did offer us another time but to late you can't mess people around like that when I had booked and planned it months in advance. If I could give minus stars I would.

Very relaxed and enjoyable experience cooking with Tony and his team. Started with a trip to the market to pick up ingredients then back to his kitchen to cook up 3 dishes and have a very filling lunch (Tony provides tubs for leftovers). Highly recommend it.

Highly recommend! This class was one of the highlights of our trip. From the very start Tony was welcoming and knowledgeable, showing us around the local markets and explaining various ingredients he was more than willing to share everything he knows about cooking and the area in general. With lots of tips to take away and use in our home kitchen we could not have asked for more. The whole team were friendly and funny and we cannot thank them enough for our day.

Tony is a pro chef. He shares the process of cooking from market selection to preparation and all the required cooking steps to create authentic Thai meals. He also assists with ingredient alternatives based on his knowledge of what is/isn't available in the US markets. Class was so good I'm taking my Thai fiance with me next week.

My best-friend and I throughly enjoyed our lesson with Tony. He was so kind and a great instructor. We made two different soups, two different curries and then Pad Thai and Pad Kra Pao. We had a mix up with the date of our class and so Tony kindly offered to drive us to and from our hotel in Patong. We 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a fun, authentic Thai cooking experience!
