Had a wonderful morning from the time Jim picked us up - he is a very friendly and knowledgeable character who can relate well to all age groups and nationalities. Jim walked us through the local markets where he purchased his fresh produce for the dishes we are cooking and shows us with detailed instructions how to cook 4 delicious local Thai dishes. Overall a great experience and a lot of fun

The whole day was excellent from pickup to drop off. Jim was very good at explaining all the ingredients and the techniques needed to put together the 4 dishes we made, the flavors were amazing.

I would highly recommend this cooking school. We made 4 dishes from scratch. It first started with a market tour and then we go into the preparation and then cooking, of course eating after that! We are foodies but have never cooked Thai food before. I would highly recommend you book in.
