This was an absolutely excellent experience and I highly recommend this transfer service. My flight into Phuket was delayed, but I stayed in contact with the company the entire time and their communication was fantastic. They were very responsive and reassuring throughout the process.
When I finally arrived at the Phuket airport, they were already there waiting for me, which was such a relief after a long day of traveling. They quickly helped me out to the car and everything was very organized and easy.
The driver was a very kind woman who was friendly and professional. The car itself was extremely clean and comfortable, which made the ride even better. The drive from Phuket Airport to Patong is fairly long, and after traveling all day I was exhausted and actually fell asleep for a little while during the ride. It was a smooth, relaxing trip.
I really appreciated their help, their professionalism, and especially the great communication when my flight was delayed. If you are looking for a reliable airport transfer in Phuket, I would definitely recommend them. Great service from start to finish.

Smooth transition! After you get off the plane, gather your luggage and head towards the exit. In the lobby your will find a friendly representative holding a sign with your name on it.

Couldn’t have been easier. We arrived, our company was waiting with a sign in hand and promptly called our driver to pick us up at the door. May have been a 7 or 8 min wait from meeting with the company to driver picking us up. It was the perfect time to use the bathroom and gather our things. From the moment I booked the company provided clear instructions for where/when they would be, and delivered on every promise. Perfect for first timers or anyone wanting a hassle free transport from an airport known for a bit of insanity at times

I cannot say enough good things about this company!! Not only were they in constant WhatsApp contact with me during the process, there was an incident at Phuket airport that made our flight about 12 hours late, and they were there waiting when we got off plane. Their instructions for pick up were thorough, and they were nothing but kind and helpful. Not to mention, the private van was huge, and very nice, filled with waters for the hour drive. Will absolutely use them again and again. Wondeful!!!

I had a last-minute change to my travel plans due to flight issues in the Middle East and wasn’t even sure I would make it to Phuket. Well worth the cost for private transport to your hotel. We were 2 in a van that could accommodate 6 or 8. All signage and instructions for finding the meeting point are accurate and easily followed. We were in the van within 10 minutes of our arrival at the meeting point Great pre-arrival communication through the Viator app and WhatsApp, too.

Communication and execution was great. They actually sent a video that showed the exact point of pick up so when I got to the airport I knew right we're to go. The driver was on time and pillow. Overall an excellent experience.

Wonderful experience. This company provides very good service and open communication. They touched base before and throughout our long journey from San Francisco to Phuket. They provided a carseat for our 15mth old as well. Our last flight was delayed but that was no problem for them. Got us to the resort safely and the driver gave us some recommendations. I have booked them for a Phuket tour and our return transfer to the airport. Definitely recommend.
