This was an absolutely excellent experience and I highly recommend this transfer service. My flight into Phuket was delayed, but I stayed in contact with the company the entire time and their communication was fantastic. They were very responsive and reassuring throughout the process.
When I finally arrived at the Phuket airport, they were already there waiting for me, which was such a relief after a long day of traveling. They quickly helped me out to the car and everything was very organized and easy.
The driver was a very kind woman who was friendly and professional. The car itself was extremely clean and comfortable, which made the ride even better. The drive from Phuket Airport to Patong is fairly long, and after traveling all day I was exhausted and actually fell asleep for a little while during the ride. It was a smooth, relaxing trip.
I really appreciated their help, their professionalism, and especially the great communication when my flight was delayed. If you are looking for a reliable airport transfer in Phuket, I would definitely recommend them. Great service from start to finish.

The entire travel experience was good. Right from receiving us at the airport to dropping us at the hotel. The driver was smiling throughout and very polite. We got a large van for our pickup.
The only thing stopping me from giving full marks is that Viator and the service provider waited for the last day to tell me that i had to pay 1000baht more as the hotel was far away. This felt a bit off track considering viator doesn’t do that.

Once again may we express our sincerely apologize for your inconvenience. First of all our reservation team miss thinking that the hotel is JW Marriott Mai Khao Beach. After we double check again to reconfirm one day inadvane we found out that the hotel location is NOT on Phuket, but it is other Province - Khao Lak Phang Nga Province. However our Operation Manager had called you for apologize and offer alternative to cancel the booking/Keep booking with pay extra or make new booking with the correct link - Phuket Airport to Khao Lak Hotel with different rate.

My experience with this travel agency was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything was organized and welcoming. They greeted us with a beautiful sign, provided water, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire experience.
The ride to our destination was smooth, comfortable, and efficient. Our driver communicated clearly every step of the way, giving us easy-to-follow instructions to ensure we could connect with them upon arrival. As soon as we collected our luggage, they were already there waiting for us.
What made the experience even more special was the personal touch. During the drive, our driver gave us a mini tour of the area and pointed out popular places to visit while staying in Phuket. It made us feel welcomed and excited to explore Thailand.

Couldn’t have been easier. We arrived, our company was waiting with a sign in hand and promptly called our driver to pick us up at the door. May have been a 7 or 8 min wait from meeting with the company to driver picking us up. It was the perfect time to use the bathroom and gather our things. I cannot say enough good things about this company!! Not only were they in constant WhatsApp contact with me during the process, there was an incident at Phuket airport that made our flight about 12 hours late, and they were there waiting when we got off plane. Their instructions for pick up were thorough, and they were nothing but kind and helpful. Not to mention, the private van was huge, and very nice, filled with waters for the hour drive. Will absolutely use them again and again. Wondeful!!!

I had a last-minute change to my travel plans due to flight issues in the Middle East and wasn’t even sure I would make it to Phuket.
