After a little bit of early confusion (we didn't know there were different levels to the same tour but didn't matter as we had the best) the day kicked off wonderfully. The weather was hit and miss in the morning and we got soaked walking to the Jetty but once we had boarded it was smooth sailing (pun intended).
We were under the guidance of Cptn Ethan (he didn't tell us to call him that but it made him embarrassed so we did) and had the pleasure of being looked after by Ariana, Alesha and Francesca. All the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were all comfortable and well looked after.
The stop at the winery with the tasting and Macaron pairings was so different and really good! It was really well planned and we had plenty of time to look around, try other wines and buy some take aways (that made it back to NSW safely).
All in all it was a wonderful day!
All good, the staff were great and the ladies singing was also great.

From start to finish, a fantastic day! Sharing platter was great, wine tasting on the cruise up the swan river. Commentary very informative about the places we passed! Staff were brilliant, very attentive and made the cruise, highly recommend.
The crew were excellent and informative. The day had nice weather and the food went well with the wine.
It was delightful to sail upstream away from the city centre on the scenic Swan River. The wine tasting and lunch platters were delicious. We enjoyed our time onshore at Mandoon Estate, indulging in a unique wine and macaron pairing. On the return journey, sweets, tea, coffee and more drinks were available, and there were also lovely vocal performances by crew members. Many thanks to our crew Ethan, Joy, Finley and Ayisha for making this a great day out!

The whole point of us booking this cruise was to view historic sites all along the Swan River. Our colleague is a history buff and we wanted to treat him to a tour along the river. When we boarded the cruise we were informed that we were only going to Maylands (a third of the full distance!) due to high waters and that a bus would take us from Maylands to Mandoon Estate and back. The skipper would have known the tides and water levels before that morning and prior knowledge also allowed them to arrange the bus to ship us most of the way to Mandoon and back. The organisers did not notify anyone of these changes to the cruise (two thirds of the trip was not completed). This is unacceptable. We had a booking of 7 people specifically for this trip and we were not notified beforehand of the changes and given the option to change our booking dates. This is what should have occurred. Instead, they delivered a trip that we did not pay for. I'll be notifying the ACCC. Completely unacceptable and ruined the day for us. Would not recommend booking with Captain Cook Cruises or via this platform.

Terrific Cruise Staff friendly every thing went perfect. Very helpful as we travelled with family who have mobility issues so at winery had a Cart for them to take up to Cellar Doors.

The wine cruise was relaxing and the weather perfect, saw dolphins (unexpectedly), nice food, great entertainment and great boat crew. It stopped at one winery, which was disappointing due to the lack of air-conditioning and not great wine and what they paired the wine with was over sweet and over strong in taste(everyone has different taste) another winery would have been nice to visit.

A great day out, the scenery all the way to Mandoon Winery was beautiful, the food was exceptional, as was the wine. The entertainment from the girls on the way back home was great. Well done girls.

Service, food, commentary absolutely 💯 %. Good selection of 3 wines tasted on the journey.
The macaroon & wine tastings was interesting and having free time at Mandoon estate was good (maybe just a bit too long).
Entertainment and bar on the way back was fun. Loved being seated on the bow to enjoy the sun and cool air.

Very relaxing going up the river staff were fantastic on the boat and at the winery would recommend this tour
Very relaxing day. Fabulous food and wine. Pairing the wine with macaroons was different and delicious. Certainly worth the money.

Really enjoyed this tour with friends. It really feels like 3 trips in one: meandering cruise up the river with wine tasting, another @ mandoon estate with unique macaroon - wine pairing and then some music on the way back. I don’t want to ruin the surprise with the latter…
It was a very enjoyable cruise up and down the Swan River. The wine tasting was great.
The only thing that we did not like was that when we booked with Viator the description said "Modern Grazing Table Lunch at Sandalford", however the operator Captain Cook Cruises had changed this to "Delicious, shared platter lunch on board the boat with a glass of wine" and "Wine tasting experience at Mandoon Estate".

We do appologise that there have been some changes to the experience. These came into effect on September 1st and though we edited all aspect possible from our end Viator had yet to update their description of the product until Friday last week.
