We booked this tour in April 25 for our trip in November 25. Everything ran very smoothly and we had a great time cycling around the island. Our bikes were in good condition and worked as they should - we were able to do two of the cycle routes in the time we had, very leisurely, with plenty of time for swimming and sight seeing. It was very easy to see the island and learn about each site with the provided map and signs everywhere. Highly recommended tour for if you want to go at your own pace! Also completed this with a teen in tow with zero complaints (a miracle, right?). Booking through Viator was also super easy, and communication about our tour was as they said it would be. I also booked three other tours through this website and all ran just as smoothly.

Great company and well organised. Picked up bikes from Hillarys boat harbour, which then we're loaded onto fast ferry by the staff. It took 45 minutes journey to Rottnest island. Great staff. easy process from start to finish.

well organised an being picked up at hotel!! I saw dolphins and my first snake i nearly drove over her. Silly me I forgot my snorkel gear. A must bring... to enjoy lonely beaches and the water.

It was pretty straight forward and service was great with both the bikes and boat. Was hard to find when we got there so a bit better instructions on where the ferry is and bike shop is would’ve been helpful.

Beautiful day to ride around the island. Lots of hills and steep inclines so be prepared for the heart to pump and make sure you have plenty of drinking water. Lots of Quokkas out and about. Beautiful scenery, plenty of lunch options that were not overly expensive in the Settlement.

Great way to see the island, bikes in good running order would of liked to have a basket up front making it easier to grab camera but handy to stop longer to catch your breath as the island has a few hills.

I was happy with hotel pick up/drop off which was organised by the tour. It was nice that bike deposit could be taken by cash or card. I am truly happy to take a bike because it gave me lots of freedom. It takes time to go around island and it is not flat. Couple of water stations but have bottles to refill. Easy journey.

The whole experience was fabulous, the small beaches/coves are stunning. Make sure you take water and snacks if your wanting to explore Island as there is only a couple of spots to get refreshments

The island and the ferry were great. The bikes were in good shape but be warned, it is a lot more hilly than we expected. Much more of a workout than we thought it would be. bring a lot of water. Beautiful!

Ferry very comfortable with lots of seating available. Easy check in and out. No problems with changing ferry times. Would travel with them again. Rottnest is beautiful and well worth a visit

Could not ride the bike because it was not a step through bike and couldn't get my leg over the high bar on the bike .Should have at least two different types of bikes to suit more people .

Loved Rottnest and would consider staying on the island next time…..ferry was great even in slightly rough weather. We hired bikes from Rottnest Fast Ferries- we are cyclists so it was fine but they weren’t the best and some other companies seemed to have better quality ones. Would not hire bikes next time but loved the island

Very organised tour booking, Rottnest island is a must when visiting Perth.. make sure you take your swimmers, sunscreen plenty of water if riding around the island in the hotter months. Riding around the island is very achievable in a day with time for a swim, food and a drink when you get back.

This is the best day trip. It’s so organised. You book in advance for your ferry & bikes. Everything is waiting for you when u arrive at Hilary’s. The staff a super nice. The bikes are easy to ride, 7 gears & comfy seats. The ferry is clean and on time.
You can do as little or as much as you like on the island. Don’t miss a visit to the pie shop :))). The staff on the island are really friendly and very knowledgeable. And last but not least the Quokkas are adorable. It’s our 4 visit and I look forward to doing it again next year.

The voucher says bike included but it wasn’t. I had a hard time finding the desk in the beggining and then when I said I had a voucher the lady at the desk didn’t look at the voucher she just gave me the ticket and said to get on the boat. I had to ask where to go.
I saw some bikes on the boat and didn’t realise you need to get the bike from the desk when you get your tickets.
When I arrived they looked at my voucher and checked my ticket and said the bike wasn’t included but it said on the voucher that it was. Then they asked if I’d like to hire a bike but then I thought I’d have to pay even more for that so I declined.
I was disappointed with the lack of communication or clear signage and the false advertising. I suggest to buy the ferry tickets and hire a bike when you get there. It’s a lot cheaper
