Our first driver was very nice, but the vehicle was crap! Once he reached a certain speed the car shook horribly. We did make it to Disney. Our pick up was a little late, but considering it was at 5:30, I gave grace. The driver and car was very nice and were able to communicate with us.

A great way to get to the Disneyland Paris Park. A driver picked us up at our hotel to go to the park. A different driver picked us up at the end of our day at the park. Highly recommend!

You were quoted one price, yet I was contacted to pay another price. They had my address for pickup for weeks. Just seems like a bait and switch sort of operation. I do not like to be taken advantage of. They were also late due to traffic. As a shuttle driver you know the traffic here I would assume and I would have just left earlier.

If you have been asked to pay an additional fee it is either because the address you gave was outside Paris or it was outside of our scheduled operating hours 6am until 8pm

I booked a round trip to Disneyland from Paris for my daughter and I. This was a great way to do it! Overall, the experience was pleasant and very accommodating when I wanted to change pick up/ drop off times.
Trip #1:
On time

Got us where we needed to go
Driver spent the entire trip talking really loudly on his phone with the radio and commercials also blaring.
Trip #2:
30 minutes late to pick up
Had an iPad with my name on it so I could easily find him
Super clean car
Professional driver
All in all, would recommend doing this if you're heading to Disney from Paris.

We had a wonderful driver name Ronnie pick us up from our hotel and take us to Disney. Ronnie was terrific and we would be happy to have him drive us again.
Our return trip was horrible. The driver was over 30 minutes late to pick us up. His driving was erratic and I had to ask him to slow down as he was driving 20 km + over the highway speed limit. Lastly, his conversation made us very uncomfortable at times. We tried to be respectful, polite and stay quiet but he continued to talk. It was surreal and one of the worst car service experiences I have ever had.
It felt like we had used two different car services. If you try this, request that Ronnie drive you.

Confirmed with provider for 2 vans day of pickup 3x the day before. Owner asked for 19euro per van after booking. Only one showed up and Driver said I owed another 19euro. Both Viator and Owner refused to reimburse for a no show Van or the extra money

There was a hiccup with the initial driver due to a flight delay & longer than expected time processing thru Customs at CDG airport. The backup driver was friendly, responsive, & patient as we made our way into Paris. The driver of the return trip was good as well.

Bad experience. Pickup was late 30+ minutes which may be kind of OK if it weren't for the fact that they were radio silent and unresponsive throughout. They only reached out when they arrived to the airport... when we were already waiting for a confirmed Uber Van. Ended up cancelling the Uber van for a €15 cancellation fee instead of dealing with trying to get a refund from Viator for the €120 booking.
To make things more interesting... we had only booked a 1-way ride to our destination (Orly->Disney Paris). So a couple of days later I was shocked when we were about to return from Disney to Orly and were again waiting for an Uber van... and the same transfer company I booked from Viator called me to tell me that the van was waiting there for me! Even though I hadn't booked a return trip!... So, they were late and unresponsive for the actual booking, and then showed up fro a trip I never booked!
Just use Uber or some other service where you can actually call someone and where they actually pick up the phone.

I am sorry to hear about this – however I would suggest that if you did book through Airport Van then you contact our customer service department who will be happy to look into this for you . They would require you to provide the unique booking reference number .

Driver did not show. They called to say they would be 15-20 minutes late. By 25 minutes late I called the ParisShuttle office and got no answer. So I called an Uber. All the delay cost me thirty minutes of extra magic time at Disneyland Paris. Super lame.

No feedback from the transportation service (phone disconnected) on time they will come. Viator did nothing to reimburse us when we asked how the driver knew what time to show up. Took 3 international phone calls with viator to get them to do anything. Their answer was wait and if he doesn’t show we can reimburse you then. Driver did end up showing though 20 min late and we paid for a van and got a small car. Jammed my family in it and made it to Disney. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.
