The tour guide was a no-show. I reached out to them shortly after the tour was scheduled to start for an update, but they were unresponsive to my message.
They also haven’t responded to Viator’s request for a refund. It has been over a week since the date of the scheduled tour. Viator was very responsive to me, but it appears that they have no control over what the tour operators do.

We arrived at the location but no guide or tour showed up. Was it canceled because of rain? Nobody told us! We wasted a cab ride and did not get our payment back,

It was cold and rainy but when you’re on vacation you can’t let weather stop you. However, if you are a tour guide you can.
The guide NEVER SHOWED AND WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED OR REFUNDED. I emailed twice but have had no response. So if it’s cold or raining don’t book it!!

The tour begins with a steady climb through the winding, ivy-covered backstreets. Escaping the tourist traps at the foot of the hill led us to a local boulangerie for an original baguette. On a cool February day, there is nothing quite like the warmth of a fresh loaf—the "crack" of the crust and the airy, yeasty center are the perfect fuel for the incline.
Emerging at the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, the Romano-Byzantine domes stand stark and beautiful against the blue winter sky.
The View: From the parvis, the entire city of Paris unfolds below. In February, the lack of heavy foliage on the trees offers a clearer, more skeletal view of the distant Eiffel Tower and the sprawling Haussmann rooftops. Our tour guide Niko was knowledgeable, patient and allowed us to enjoy our experience.

Our tour guide was really informative and in general just a cool guy. Took us around all the busy streets and not as well known areas pointing out historic sites/stories we would have never been privy to on our own. He gave us many great suggestions and insights on shopping, restaurants etc. Was a fun low key tour. I would recommend this tour over others that are similar because our group size was smaller than other tour groups we saw and our guide was down to earth, funny and informative.

Salome was a GREAT tour guide. Her knowledge of the town and history of Montmartre was unsurpassed. She was kind, considerate, and did not miss a beat on completing the tour when the rain started coming down on everyone. Unfortunately, the Guide for the Montmartre/ Sacre-Coeur walking tour never showed up and we received no notice of this. Eventually, we were able to contact someone who explained that the guide had become ill and provided us with a full refund.
