- Train and entrance tickets must be collected from the Magic Ways office before 10am on the day of the tour. in case your reservation is on Sunday, you will need to come to our offices on Saturday from 8am to 4pm to retrieve them. Only entrance parc(s)will be available for download starting at 12:00 PM (noon) on the day before your excursion

Everything was just perfect!! The only thing that went wrong was that one of the train passes didnt work at the ticket machine but worked it out. Highly recommend this experience

I acknowledge the convenience of booking multiple activities within Viator, but in this instance, I cannot recommend this offering. As others have posted, the Disney bus is misleading. The “package” consists of subway tickets (retail €4 each way) and entrance to Disneyland (retail at time of booking was €128 each). We paid a total of €447 for 2, so there’s a significant mark up here.
As instructed, we went to the Magicways office with costs €30 each way, only to find out that Disney tickets aren’t released until 24 hours prior to your entrance. There’s no mention of this anywhere in the detailed instructions.
We had a very busy schedule so coming 48 hours prior, was our only window. We left that office with NO tickets and €60 out of pocket. To get our tickets, we had to WhatsApp the vendor a copy of our voucher and passport.
I recommend you buy your Disney tickets directly from Disney Paris, then ask your hotel on how to use the subway/light rail. It’s pretty easy and I bet there’s a YouTube video out there. It’s simple but make sure to get an understanding of how the system works.

I think it would have been easier if park tickets are sent thru enail (as pdf file) and not have to go to their Magic Ways office. It was raining then and we had to walk 15mins from the Metro station. However, not even the slight drizzle dampen our excitement. It is still the happiest place on earth!

Half the shows and rides were closed and the stuff was rather uncomminicative and just left guests figure out themselves when a ride stopped operating.

I enjoyed the rides and getting to see the parades! I thought they did a good job keeping the parks clean but could do better. Also wish there were signs pointing to where rides are but all in all I had a wonderful time!

1) Tickets redemption - Easy to find. Uber.
2) Train instruction - Easy to follow. Read directions on train station.
3) Disneyland - Amazing. Really fun especially with kids. With parade in morning around 10 am and afternoon 2 pm (?).
Fireworks at 11 pm but we didn’t wait for it and took off at 10.

We had a good time! It was smaller than we expected but a nice park. I was disappointed that Dinsey doesn't give any bags for merchandise unless you pay. That's sad for all the costs to go there.

Do not book Disneyland Paris through Viator. The tickets are picked up at a non-descriptive location. The beautifully painted Disney bus is false advertising. You actually take a subway train to the park. You are not apart of a tour group. This tour should not be offered, it’s a total scam.

The subway ride to Disneyland Paris was easy to get there. The amusement park was small compared to Disneyland in CA and Disney World in Florida. I got my special Disney Paris Mickey Ears, a sweatshirt and pin. I did not get on that many rides, The lines were long to get on rides. This was my first time to Disneyland in Paris. I will not go again.

I gave Magic Ways a 4 because they were great to quickly arrange for alternate transportation during the ongoing transportation strike/protests. Having to go to their offices to get a voucher to get on the bus was inconvenient - not sure why that couldn’t have been done by email. Then we were told several times when we got on the buses that Disneyland was open until 6:30/WD Studios until 12 so we planned our rides around those times. Turns out Disneyland closed at 4:30 due to a special event so we were unable to ride several rides. Would have been nice if they actually knew what times the parks closed! Also, even though the park was open until midnight the last bus left at 8pm - if we wanted to stay later it was up to us to find our own way back. We had a great day at the parks but some fine tuning is needed.

Disney express? I don’t think so. Step 1, find an obscure office location...Step 2 its actually deserted even though you printed the address this morning. Step 3 make a phone call and get directed to an office 10 minutes walk away on the 6th Floor. No apologies as they blamed Viator. What a waste of time and money

This Disneyland park is super small - and every line we went to had a minimum of a 45-min wait. I was forewarned by others that had gone, but decided to try it myself for our 9-year old. Definitely not worth the money - and not enough rides/attractions for a not-so-little kid - I mean, he's well beyond teacup rides and its a small world. If you've never been to any Disney park, and either don't mind the wait, or catch it at a time when the lines are small, then you may not mind it. But if you've been to Disney World in Orlando, you'll be disappointed with this version.

I was so glad I went ahead and booked this tour. The Disney office to pick up your tickets is easily located in Paris and the woman we dealt with was amazing. She gave us directions on how to get to Disneyland from our hotel and it was so simple. I enjoyed going to Disneyland this way, rather than with a tour group, because we were able to go when we wanted and leave when we wanted. My husband and I are avid Disney fans, we knew Disneyland Paris was not going to be like Disney World but we loved it and had a blast!

We were able to have our tickets delivered to our hotel for a small fee, saving us time on a very busy arrival day. The ease of the metro to the train to Disneyland was ok the metro during the week is VERY crowded but we were also able to take a taxi to the train for 6 eurosThe RER A train delivers you basically at the door.

Being a huge Disney fan, it was nice to have our park tickets and Metro cards in advance. So convenient! We were able to walk right into the park upon arrival, no waiting in line to purchase admission tickets. This was our 1st time visiting Disney Studios. We all enjoyed it tremendously!!

We had a nice day at Disneyland Paris but it was not necessary to book this way. We could have just as easily bought the train tickets at the station and booked park tickets online. As it was we had to pick up everything from a travel agency on a side street near the opera which took time out of our other planned activities. Not worth the effort.

Worked perfectly - collected tickets easily, friendly welcome, and clear advice on where to go. It was particularly useful to have the rail and metro tickets include with the park entrance so that we could stay as long as we wished. I would definitely recommend viator

Un des billets de train qui nous a été donné grâce aux billets achetés avec le transport ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons dû en racheter un. Mieux vaut acheter l’activité directement sur le site de disney et acheter soi-même les billets de train.
