In just about two hours we learned everything: from choosing the right ingredients to preparing the dough, understanding the fermentation process, and mastering the techniques to stretch the pizza and use the peel like real pizzaioli. Francesco was clear, fun, and very professional, creating a relaxed and engaging atmosphere. Super useful was also the fact that he explained how to apply all these techniques easily at home. The best part? Eating the pizza we had made ourselves – delicious and so satisfying! Highly recommended as a unique gift or just a fun and tasty experience. 🍕✨

We had an amazing time with Chef Francesco learngn how to make pizza! It was just the two of us and had great instructions on how to make pizza and we had so much fun. The best part of course was eating the pizza we made. Delicious! A top notch experienced.

This was a great activity. Francesco was so nice and informative. We learned a lot about making pizza. We made our own pizzas and then at the end of our class we sat down to enjoy it. We highly recommend Francesco’s class.

Francesco made me feel as if I was attending my first day at work - hands washing, apron on and I don't even know when I ended up behind the counter making pizza dough. Very experienced man and very dedicated to share a real, hard knowledge with you. At the same time Francesco was very relaxed, interested in you as a person with a great load of sense of humour. I seriously considered staying and applying for a job at his restaurant
