    Would have been nice if Nurlana had let us know ahead of time as we took the train from Vicenza to get there on time.

    Disappointing because Nurlana canceled on us three minutes after when we were meant to start the tour… we were at the spot and tried contacting and that’s when we found out.

    Dear traveler, I am very sorry for this misunderstanding. I had to cancel on you, unfortunately, because the tour was booked way to late for me to organize my schedule with the other tours. I always recommend the travelers to book in advance to avoid clashes like such. You were also fully reimbursed. Still, I am sorry for the inconvenience

    The tour was a great way to learn about life in Padua. My guide was a graduate student and her insights about life as a student and resident of Padua were very interesting. I even got gelato at her favorite spot which was fun and delicious. She was a delight.
