We had the best day thanks to our amazing guides Tillia and Tyrone. They were more than accommodating to us (group of 7) and bent over backwards for our every need and made us feel like VIP all day. The stops on this tour were great. Definitely worth the money and would recommend this to everyone.

We had a really good time. Not for really small children. We had a 4 yr old with us and some of the hiking and waterfalls were a little too much for him. Jody and Tyrone did a fantastic job hauling us around. Shout out to them.

This is a MUST excursion. Did this with my significant other and we had a wonderful time. Our day started by being picked up by our tour guide Iesha and driver, Shawn. They were both so wonderful throughout the day-informing us of Jamaican facts/history throughout our car ride to the excursions. They even stopped at a local store so if we forgot our water shoes/towels we could picks some up. We had a longer ride to our excursions and on the way home and they were wonderful about stopping for us to use the bathroom if needed. They even stopped for us to get lunch prior to our boat ride at a local Jamaican restaurant and the food was AMAZING! The excursions themselves were so fun and the areas were beautiful. Highly recommend this company to anyone as Iesha and Shawn made this trip unforgettable would definitely book with them in the future!

Their cancellation cost us hundreds

Cancelled our trip, saying they were going to only offer it 3 days a week after we had booked & paid for it. Luckily we were on a cruise ship without internet, so we never received the cancellation notice until arriving at the port. Weren't able to book a comparable trip short notice, so ended up paying a few hundred dollars more for a lesser experience.

We thank you very much for your feedback however we have every email, text message, WhatsApp messages and call that we make to guest and no response for over 1 month. This tour that guest book we cannot offer it from a cruise ship which is clearly stated in tour description that it does not offer from a cruise ship. The guest did not respond to the email until 3 hours before the tour. We try to assist the guest in getting a tour done through the port and no tour on the port cost $100 and there was only 2 guest in their group. Guest also got a full refund but we would not risk making any guest loose their tour for their departure because of a tour. This tour as stated clearly cannot be done from a cruise ship and we start reaching out right after guest book to no avail.

Wish we could have experienced this excursion. Ended up getting cancelled and we are not sure why. Assuming it was due to wind. Will have to try to do this excursion if we come back to Jamaica.

My kids said this is the best Excursion that they have ever gone on. We were picked up from our hotel, did a quick little shopping and rum tasting, and headed to the Blue Hole. The jumps and water was amazing. Our guides allowed us to order food and pick it up on the way to our catamaran and snorkeling trip. Drinks available gor purchase at that beach area. Snorkeling was at least a good half hour and then we went to the Dunns River Falls and climbed up from the ocean. The views were spectacular. The climb was a little challenging, but the guides were awesome and ensured our safety. Bring lots of tip money. The deserved it. I would highly recommend the trip.

The most amazing time. Our driver Tony introduced us to so many new things and taught us so much about the history of Jamaica, plants and their uses. Blue hole was our favourite activity the jumping was amazing and the water was nice and cold. The catamaran and snorkelling by the reef was breath taking. Climbing Dunns River falls was an experience that we will never forget. The rum and coffee tasting at the Taj Mahal plaza had us feeling like we were family. Lastly the bamboo rafting was the most calming experience on such a beautiful afternoon. AND the owner was able to book us in very last minute which we really appreciated 10/10 would not use any other company on here. Thank you Tony and Courtney.

This excursions was amazing but I got more then what I paid for. I didn't realize I was going to have a guide to go up the blue hole falls, and that I'd get to jump off cliffs. My 4 year did all the jumps by himself (but he is also a daredevil). The catermeran was great, to have refreshments and music the whole time. And Dunn's River Falls was beautiful and awesome. Most went with the guide and climbed the falls. I did it in the past, so I just relaxed on the beach and dipped into different pools of the falls. My driver picked us up from hotel, and took us back back safely. I strongly recommend this tour!

My tour guide Raj was amazing! And my guide at Blue Hole, Travis, was absolutely the best. You do not pay him enough for the kindness, gentleness, and patience he shows, especially when it comes to helping others feel comfortable and confident while swimming. He truly made the experience unforgettable. The party cruise was very enjoyable! However, the food the festival was burnt and not very good. When it came time for snorkeling, the male staff were not as accommodating, whereas the female staff were extremely helpful and supportive, both in and out of the water. Their kindness made a big difference in the experience

High Risk, High Reward Adventure

If I had known the intensity—and real risk—involved in this tour, I probably wouldn’t have booked it. That said, I’m so glad I did (and that I lived to tell the tale!). First things first: this is a WET tour. You will be soaked, and water shoes are not optional—they are the difference between staying upright and being swept away. Trust me. The Blue Hole was absolutely stunning, like something out of a dream. Our guide was basically part human, part fish—he seriously saved me multiple times. I consider myself young and relatively fit, but I was not prepared for the level of physical challenge this tour involved. Picture fighting currents, gripping slippery rocks, and using ropes to climb up waterfalls. It’s no joke. The boat ride was not quite the “catamaran” experience I envisioned—more like a regular party boat. The snorkeling was just okay, but I do love swimming in open sea, so I didn’t mind too much. Dunn’s River Falls was another unforgettable stop. Gorgeous and exhilarating, but again—very physically demanding and risky. Our guide led the way, but we had to rely on each other constantly, forming a human chain and helping each other over rocks and through strong currents. A single slip could’ve ended badly. (There is a “dry wall” option with stairs, which is a safer alternative for those who don’t want to scale a waterfall.) Our driver was always in a bad mood and would yell at our group saying that we were gonna be late for the next thing even though we had no control over how fast things were going.

This was my second time in Jamaica and this is one of the best excursions that offered a lot of activities that lasted pretty much half the day. Dunn’s River and the Blue Hole was amazing. It wasn’t too much walking or climbing as well and the workers there offer to take your pictures for you on your phone as you are doing the excursions (which was perfect for capturing memories). I forget the name of the driving company that took us there but Jodi and Reggie were our drivers and got us there quick, within a reasonable time considering it would’ve taken over an hour to get there from the resort we stayed in. They offered excellent customer service and played the right music which made the ride even more enjoyable!

After we purchased the tour(which clearly states transportation is provided) we were informed that we would have to secure transportation to the meeting spot! Fine no problem......I secured a private driver but they REFUSED to give me the address the where the boat dock was....insisting I be bought to the "meeting location " so that their driver could take over. After repeatedly asking for the address I finally agreed. When we arrived at the "meeting place" we were the only 2 people and the driver said he'd be taking us to the blue hole the to the boat dock. We arrived at the blue hole and was immediately bombarded with extras and an overwhelming amount of attention by our 2 tour guide! When I again inquired if we were the only people on the tour, we were told "don't worry mon" They put flowers in our hair, offered to carry us down steep trails (which we declined) massage our feet and NEVER left our side.....continuing to offer Lil extras! When I finally inquired about the time I was told again, don't worry. Finally we insisted that we were ready to go and had seen enough and was ready to go. We were taken back to the top were AGAIN, they attempted to provide drinks, another massage, another short hike.....I became a Lil irritated and asked our driver to please get us to the boat. The two guides then began to tell how they are not paid for their services and since we enjoyed ourselves so much would we mind showing some appreciation!!!!!! I tipped then generously but felt extremely hussled. Needless to say we missed our boat and when we arrived at the dock, our "driver" to us we'd have to pay $30 a peice to have a small boat take us to the larger boat. I became extremely upset and told the driver to just take us back to the meeting place and I would return to my resort....the boat driver then said "well, how much do you have"? I told him "nothing for you" ! He and the driver then had some quick words and he offered to take us to the boat.......FOR FREE!!! We missed the snorkeling portion of our boat ride and it would have been my daughter's 1 st time snorkeling. Save your money and book excursions thru the resort. It's safer and a lot more reliable!

WE thank all guest for their honest reviews because this is what helps us to grow and strive to do better. However this guest review is nowhere near honest. Guest book this tour and put that their hotel pick up is Royalton Blue Waters which is in Falmouth meanwhile guest is actually staying at the Grand palladium which is almost in Negril. WE only found that out 15 hours before the tour. After a lot of back and forth and guest refuse to get a refund and we let them know that they are 1 hour and 30 minutes away one way from the Royalton Blue Waters they agree to get a drive over and we agree to meet them at 9am which they did not show up until 9:30am. The driver had to wait on them. Also guest inform us like 3 hours before the tour that one person could not make it and wanted a refund for that one person while we had to already paid the boat for 3 person which was highly unfair . So upon denying that request guest because very disgruntled which was beyond out control because all 3 guest had to be paid for and the company could not stand the expense for them. Guest did not came prepare for the tour because they had no towel as listed in tour details and requested a stop to buy towels. The driver gave them 10 minutes to get it at the Tajmahal shopping area and this was the only shopping stop that they did and instead of 10 minutes they took 40 minutes claiming that was there last day on the island and wanted to do last minutes shopping and that it was mainly the boat they are interesting in not the Blue Hole. Guest claim to have no cash and also ask for an atm to do tips and we grant them their request which took around 5 minutes and they did get cash at the atm. As for the Blue Hole it was 45 minutes spend their and guest buy alcohol, did mud bath and buy other things of interest to them and the bill came to $160 which they pay via cash app so that money was not only tip but for things that they freely purchase and not force. Also after talking to guest daughter we found out no guide ever tell them that they did not get paid guest make up all these stories because they did not get pick up at grand palladium. As for missing the boat this was totally on the guest because the driver keep reminding them they are running behind and they insist that they needed food and restroom stop before the boat so the driver had to pre order lunch for them and take it to go to get to the boat the fastest he could. When they arrive the boat had just leave like 10 minutes ago which they were given a small boat to take them to the big boat without any additional charges and no driver and other workers would try to charge these people money while the boat company carry out other guest that will join the catamaran for free. As for this guest she was not please because of all her unnecessary issues initially and this guest just try to paint a company bad with a negative reviews.

Best Excursion We've Ever Been On!

Hands down the best excursion we have ever been on! Blue Hole was amazing. Dunns River Falls was absolutely killer, snorkeling was an experience as it was out first time and the party catamaran to Dunns River and back was the star. The crew on board was attentive, informative and they were the life of the party along with the other guests on board. Got off to a late start with Blue Hole and waiting, but our drivers and the company were in constant communication and went above and beyond and found a way for us to not have to wait and get us to the destination much faster than anticipated. I can't say enough good things about this excursion, the company, the drivers, staff and the proprietor. We will be going through them next time we are in Jamiaca and I highly recommend you do the same!

We had so much fun during our experience. The drivers that picked us up Samantha and Courtney were excellent host. They made our trip to the Party cruise so much fun. It was an experience of a life time. Our group had a blast! A lot of memories made.
