Absolutely loved the tour! The tour guide gave a lot of history on the Nazi Party and the significance of Nuremberg in WWII, history.
The guide was very knowledgeable and accommodated my needs.

The guide was a bit too loud, had a difficult accent, and very ill informed when discussing the Jewish ghettos. The tour was extremely over-priced for what it had to offer. At the price charged, the entry to the courthouse should be included.

I had an outstanding experience on this tour. We visited numerous World War II sites, important monuments, and the historic Courtroom 600, which was especially fascinating and errie at the same time.
Even though I was the only person on the tour, the guide still provided a full and engaging experience with an incredible amount of knowledge and detail.
As someone who loves learning about World War II history, I truly appreciated how informed and passionate the guide was. He answered questions thoroughly and shared insights that made each stop meaningful and memorable.
We also stopped at a small food spot by the lake, and the food was absolutely delicious—a perfect addition to an already excellent day.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in history, especially World War II history. A truly memorable experience.

I would not recommend this tour. We were a small group of 8 in a very small van and our guide both inside and outside the van shouted the tour information as if we were in a high impact aerobics class. His information was very service level and several times incorrect. We stood in several parking lots in very cold weather for extended periods of time while he explained what the space once was. It was interesting to be there but there was nothing to actually see so the timing of standing for 30 minutes in a parking lot seemed unnecessary. The final stop, courtroom 600 and the museum was very interesting but we were only allotted 30 minutes in this space. You could get through perhaps 1/3 of the museum in that time. We could have spent less time in parking lots and more in the museum for a far better experience.

About the museum at the description of the tour you see at the museum is just 30 min because that the guide also offer the drop off at the museum because museum is the last stop of the tour

Our guide Rob was great! High energy, great story teller. The tour is a small group in a van with the guide providing history during the drive nonstop. When you arrive at stops, realize that most of the sites are gone and turned into car parks so as NOT to celebrate what was done by Hitler and the Nazi’s. Yet Rob brought a ton of insight into what can be seen while standing on the sight as to what occurred there in the days of old. In addition, Rob made fascinating connections to Brands, companies and private citizens that were caught up in the history of the Nazi regime. The Nuremberg trials courtroom 600 building was a great quick audio tour self guided tour well worth the time.

I spent around £140 for a tour I could of done at a much slower pace via an uber for £13.
The Palace of Justice is closed on Tuesdays, so why on earth have a advertised tour on Tuesdays. The highlight of the tour is the chance to go to the Zeppelin field. Sadly due to building work it is closed and you can't access the grandstand. That is the whole suppose of the tour. Also don't bother with the documentation centre. It is just a large room with a few posters up. You basically pay 7 euros to use the toilet. Nuremberg is a beautiful city. If I visit again I will just use a guide book and uber.

If you take the tour with Suzart tour, everything is described in the information, but sometimes tourists don't read it and then criticize the tour.

Our tour guide was very nice and seemed to enjoy his job. I think the tour was ok overall and had nothing to do with our lovely guide. I just do not like the format of the tour. About 50% of the tour was sitting in the van in a parking lot and the guide showing us photos on his phone. (To be fair a lot of former nazi sites are now parking lots). The tour ends at the Courtroom 600. The guide does not show you around this area or the museum and you have to pay 7 euro.
I don't think I would have missed seeing the former nazi sites and would have just done the courtroom and museum if I went back. I recommend just going to the court rooms as there is an audio guide included in the price. Save some money!

Rob was our tour guide and he was fantastic! From the moment he stepped out of the van to pick us up he was so vibrant and friendly. His friendly demeanor made this tour about some tragic topics very interesting and he captivated your attention. Along its these difficult topics we did have some fun together. He had so much knowledge to share and did it in a great way. Rob even went above and beyond to have pictures of what we would have seen in the unfortunately closed documentation center so we could have more insight and information. Would love to take another tour with rob!

A very bad tour paid to see the palace of justice only got to take a picture outside was told it was closed.
The so-called tour guide lets you take a couple of pictures of yourself and then tells you sorry we need to run along now because he has to fetch his children.
Read off basically the information that's actually already there. I really wanted to see the palace of justice I paid specifically for it and the day of the tour I get told sorry it's closed I should have realized then, I was the only customer on this so-called tour. He was no third reich historian actually he was out of his league. Charging people over 130 British pounds what a scam I will be contacting Paypal to get a partial refund and I will do a different tour group. Very disappointed waited of 20 years to see this and I thought I was ripped off.

We were very disappointed by this excursion. The guide did not pick us up from our hotel as planned, although it was clearly agreed in advance. We had to take a taxi at our expense to reach another meeting point, without any help or compensation.
In addition, we were confirmed that a French audio guide would be available throughout the tour, but this was not the case, which made the experience much less rewarding than expected.
Overall, the failure to honour the commitments announced has left us with a very negative impression. It’s a shame, because the excursion itself could have been interesting.

Reservei com atencedencia o passeio, com guia em espanhol.
No dia do meu embarque, o guia liga para mim dizendo que eu teria duas opções (vejam só que absurdo, pois na realidade seria apenas uma opção)
Ou eu aceitaria um guia em inglês ou cancelaria o passeio, que seria no dia seguinte.
Como não havia tempo hábil para procurar outras possibilidades, aceitei em inglês. O guia disse que seria um grupo de no máximo 8 pessoas.
O guia chegou com meia hora de antecedência dizendo que a secretaria anotou o horário errado, tive que correr para não perder o tour.
Na realidade havia no veículo, apenas mais um casal americano, ou seja, eles priorizaram o idioma do casal , e não o meu.
Mesmo assim o casal bem gentil disse que o guia poderia falar em espanhol, já que eles gostariam de treinar o espanhol.
O guia era brasileiro e não fez dessa forma porque segundo ele, o casal poderia perder muitas informações do passeio.
Minha dúvida: qual é a diferença entre nós e eles, por que foram priorizados desde o início.
Total desrespeito com o cliente.
Não recomendo essa empresa para ninguém.

Muito obrigado pela sua opinião mais isso não descreve o tour que vc teve, e oque fizemos para estamos te encaixando no tour. Priorizamos sempre o tour no idioma indicado, pois vc com inglês não entendia nada e o guia falou novamente para vc no seu próprio idioma (Português).
Porém espanhol não era a língua do tour então quando contatou a gente falamos sobre isso, porém depois vc mudou de ideia e a opção que demos a vc foi ou cancela e te devolveremos o dinheiro ou faça o tour em inglês
