Took a 2 hour walk tour with Andreas. The weather wasn’t cooperating (snowed and was raining). Andreas arrived on time and knew the history of the Old Town. He encouraged us to ask questions (and we had a lot). He allowed us to have some time in some churches and say some prayers. Overall, our tour was good, enough history and a good walk. Nuremberg is a beautiful city and Andreas allowed us to have a concise glimpse of it.

Andreas did a great job explaining and being incredibly flexible in squeezing me in his schedule. It was only a 2hr tour but he pointed me in the right direction to continue the tour on my own. Oh! One of the cool parts is when we were at the castle and he pointed out the landmarks the Nazis used and had a book with after the war and after the rebuild. It was nice getting perspective.

We had a private tour of the old town with Andreas. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions. He took us into buildings we would not have known about. We stopped at a quiet place for a coffee and he showed us many old photographs.

We spent 2.5 hours on a private tour with Andreas. As a local, he shared the history of Nuremberg, took us to see some hidden gems, and shared stories from his grandfather who also grew up in Nuremberg. He spoke excellent English and we really enjoyed his personality.
