Experience the swirling currents of the mighty Niagara River without getting wet on this Niagara jet-boat adventure. Hop aboard your domed jet-boat and zoom out into the choppy river with your guide.
**Please note that we do not see Niagara Falls from our tour**

Take Dumfries St. off the Niagara Parkway, follow the road down. At the Queenston Waterfront sign, follow the road and turn left down to our parking lot. Guests are asked to arrive 45 minutes prior to trip for check in and mandatory safety briefing. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals.

- Not recommended for travelers with back problems
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Most travelers can participate
- Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. If you miss the safety orientation, we will move you to the next available trip time without notice (which could be the next day) so it is important to arrive on time.
- The participation agreement thoroughly explains all pertinent aspects of jet-boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund.
- Wheelchair accessibility - guests are able to use wheel chair onto the dock up to the boat, but cannot bring the chair on the boat. If assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
- Late or no-show participants will not receive a refund. You have 24 hours prior to your trip to cancel for a full refund. Trips can be rescheduled until day of the departure at no added charge (subject to availability).
- Guests must arrive on site via their own form of transportation - Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours is not responsible for getting you to the dock.
- *Please note that we do not see Niagara Falls from our tour*
- There is a minimum height requirement of 40" tall for the DRY Freedom Jet seats. Children will be measured on-site, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be permitted to ride.
- Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to ride without an adult chaperone (age 18+).
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 48 travelers

There is no question that if you sit on the outside you will not only get wet, you will get drenched. We loved our experience and the fact that we did not have to get was the selling point for us. The staff was informed and very entertaining. If in the area again we would definitely use your company again. And we have recommended you to all our friends.

The ride was fun and exciting. The boat is a beast and closer to a sports car. It was comfortable and dry, unless you want to ride in the exposed bow area.

It was fun and you get to see the whirlpool close up. We did the domed boat ride. The only thing I did not enjoy was that they said to be there 45 minutes prior to scheduled time for orientation but actually they waited until about 15 minutes prior to trip for orientation. At the last possible moment a bus tour showed up and they were able to board prior to anyone else. This left very little space for people such as myself who had booked the trip over a month in advance. I was stuck in the middle and really could not see much.

The tour guide, Vinny, and the captain were exceptional. Vinny was informative and the captain showed great control while maneuvering the jet boat on and through the waves. Exciting for all of us!

The host and boat pilot were friendly and great. The ride was worth it. I did the dry ride and would try the Wet Jet ride if we go back. Niagara Falls is gorgeous and the Falls awe inspiring

We took the domed (dry) boat and it was thrilling without even getting wet. We are both 66 and really enjoyed it. Next time (with proper preparation) I would do the wet one.

Before you book this experience, know that you are not going to actually see the Falls. The starting point is about 20 minute drive from Clifton Hills. You take a speed boat ride on Niagara on the Lake through several rapids and there is guided tour along the way. Do not go on this boat ride if you get motion sickness or seasick! Our boat had to turn around because a child started to get seasick. Our guide Grace was awesome! She was entertaining and put us at ease during the entire trip. The captain was very skilled at driving the boat and took us for an extra spin to make up for having to return to the dock. We sat in covered section of the boat and there was also an open section where the folks got really soaked! I would recommend this ride for anyone is not averse to motion or seasickness!

This was a very fun experience! You get all the thrills of being out on the river rapids without getting wet. The boat was nice & air-conditioned and played some cool tunes to vibe to. I also thought our guide was very friendly and shout out to the captain for ripping the waves & getting us all back safely! I would def do this again!

The trip was a lot of fun , the closed top was awesome! Our tour guide did an awesome job. The captain made it an adventure, and watching the people on the outside of the boat get drenched was unbelievably funny.

If you are on the boat where you get wet, they have showers and an area where you can change out of your wet clothes.

Sara and Jordan was amazing. First time ever tryed the Dry jet Boat Tour and we had amazing time. Sara was so friendly and knowledgeable and her singing is to die for and the driver Jordan gave us a thrilling ride that makes you want to go on the wet side of the boat. Definitely will do this again and we hope to see Sara and Jordan do this tour again. Everyone needs to try this Dry Jet Boat Tour when they visit Nigeria Falls. Thank you for the amazing experience..

My sister uses a walker and can only take a few steps at a time. We were able to drive to the dock. No stairs, just ramps and friendly staff. They helped her into the boat and she sat in the front of the domed area. She had a blast. We were thrilled. This was on the bucket list.
