Take Dumfries St. off the Niagara Parkway, follow the road down. At the Queenston Waterfront sign, follow the road and turn left down to our parking lot. Guests are asked to arrive 45 minutes prior to trip for check in and mandatory safety briefing. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals.

- Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. If you miss the safety orientation, we will move you to the next available trip time without notice (which could be the next day) so it is important to arrive on time.
- The participation agreement thoroughly explains to anyone interested in the trip, all pertinent aspects of jet-boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund.
- Wheelchair accessibility - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
- Late or no-show participants will not receive a refund. You have 24 hours prior to your trip to cancel for a full refund. Trips can be rescheduled until 24 hours before the departure at no added charge (subject to availability).
- Trips rescheduled within 24 hours of the trip time will be subject to an additional 10% rebooking fee.
- Guests must arrive on site via their own form of transportation - Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours is not responsible for getting you to the dock.
- *Please note that we do not see Niagara Falls from our tour*
- There is a minimum height requirement of 44″ tall for the WET Jet seats. Children will be measured on-site, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be permitted to ride.
- Guests under the age of 13 and/or under 100 lbs are not permitted to sit in the first 3-4 rows of any vessel. (All loading and guest seating is at the sole discretion of the Captain and Crew of the vessel).
- Guests age 13-15 years old must be seated with a guest who is 16 years or older to ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat, with an adult chaperone(18+) on board. Guests age 16-17 years old can ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat with an adult chaperone (18+) on board. Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to ride without an adult chaperone (age 18+).

This was a very extremely fun time. Prepare to get soaked!!! Our tour guide Isabella was amazing. She was knowledgeable and had a great personality for the job. We were taken care of professionally from beginning to end. This is one thing I would highly suggest to do!!! I think everyone on the boat was smiling and laughing the entire time.

For first time travelers, you might want to sit at the back of the boat as the power of the water is very strong. You should also be prepared to get soaking wet.🙂🙂🙂

This is a must do experience! We’ve been to Niagara twice before and I can’t believe we didn’t do this. We had so much fun and. It’s a unique way to explore Niagara. Our tour guide Connor was great and all the staff was helpful. You will get soaked so I definitely recommend bringing a towel and extra clothes. We will definitely be doing this again!

When they say ur going to get wet u will be soaked through so bring a change of clothes!
It was awesome! Boat captain and tour guide were great. You will get soaked no matter how many ponchos you put on. There is a lot of water hitting your face so you need to be comfortable with that. Wear your swim suit and bring your change of clothes and towel. Store those in the free lockers. You must wear shoes on the boat so bring water shoes. Don’t wear glasses. They will get washed off even with straps. Do this tour. It’s great.
This was a blast!!! You were totally soaked afterwards. If I would have known earlier I would bring a change of clothes for the locker to change afterwards. Would do it again !!
Prepare to be soaked! Tour guides were fun and informative. One of the most fun excursions I’ve taken in years if travel.

It’s wet and fun; personnel was fun and friendly. Appropriate for all ages between 10-60. We had Mario and Luigi lol. Fun duo.
It was an exhilarating ride, but you will get soaked. The staff were friendly and experienced. The facilities were fine as well.
Absolutely AMAZING! Such an adrenaline rush, incredible views, and so much fun! The rapids were the perfect thrill, and getting soaked made it even better.

It was a very fun experience I highly recommend it it's not scary at all is very refreshing if you think you're not going to get wet you're mistaken you're going to get soaked you might as well wear a bathing suit and don't forget to take a change of clothes they do have lockers that are free
The crew did a great job! This was such a fun adventure and the captain made sure to alert us before any big waves were going to drench us. I highly recommend this experience!

It was well organized right from the booking of the adventure right up to the completely water soaked end . And boy oh boy did we get wet . An amazing family adventure on the spectacular Niagara River . Tour guide Mackayla was amazing and Captain Jason was as well . They are very very good at their jobs . We will def be back ❤️ 🚤 🇨🇦
Just did this yesterday with my 8 year old grandson. Veronica and Jordan were the crew and it’s a blast. Not scary at all but you get soaking wet. The raincoat they give you will help some and it’s good for blocking the wind on way back and to cover your ears. Without it you might be cold on way back. I would book this again in a heartbeat. Soo fun
This was my kids' favorite experience on Niagara Falls. My husband and I loved it too. They got soaked. I wore a poncho and the pants they provide and stayed fairly dry which is what I wanted. 100% recommend. The scenery was gorgeous and being on a speed boat in those rapids was so much fun.
A lot of fun. The guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I believe her name was Grace. You truly get drenched. Bring a change of clothes. And wear water shoes. if the sun wasn’t out, we would’ve been very cold dress appropriately for cloudy weather.
Our tour guide and captain did an amazing job. My family was laughing and shocked of how soaked we were. We were not prepared! Haha. Come in swim suits you will be drenched.
This was wonderful. You must be aware you will not see The Falls and you will play around in Class 5 rapids, but if you love getting wet and the thrill of going through waves, you will love it!!! BTW..there are no seatbelts so hold on tight!!!!! We loved our guide Isabella and our Captain (can’t remember his name, so sorry). Definitely worth every penny!
You will be soaking wet! The ponchos are worthless to stay dry but can warm you for the ride back.

You need to show up 45 mins early. If you don’t you won’t make your boat time. You need to look deep into the confirmation page to find this information. It made it very stressful after getting there with 25 mins and finding out I was actually too late for the time slot. Luckily the staff on sight were wonderful and able to accommodate me.
i can't swim float nothing but this was on my bucket list all staff let me know i would be safe and nothing would happen......baby i had an amazing time Big shot out to jackie & grace u ladies rock i will be back i had an amazing time!!
We did this ride and it was totally a blast! It's a thrill ride and you're gonna get soaked! I would wear your swimmers with something you don't mind getting wet over the top. Also, some type of sandal with strap because your feet are totally wet. Wet Jet Boat Tours have lockers and change rooms. Our tour guide Chris was a hoot and a lot of fun. Full of energy and had us excited throughout the whole ride. John our Captain truly knows his boat! He had us in whirls and spins and knew exactly how to surprise us with multiple splashes and waves. I would definitely recommend this tour; you will have an awesome time!
We arrived at 4:40 and were greeted. However, after filling out waivers the trip was about to start. We did this trip last year so I knew what to expect. As we were standing in line I could see that we would be at the back of the boat which I already knew if u sit there you would not get wet or truly be able to experience the fun. I let the lady know I DO NOT want to sit there. She tried to tell me you would get wet again I already knew you really wouldn’t get wet. Last year it was just my family. This year it was more of us and I wanted them to experience the joy we had last year and it definitely was a waste of time and money. There were two boats that went out after us. Why is it that we couldn’t get on another boat to truly experience the joy of the boat. I understand we picked 5pm time slot. But if it fills up and the person is saying I DO NOT want to sit here no one cares because you/they already have our money. Overall trip this year horrible. Last year glorious!!
This was a lot of fun!! We got totally soaked but the weather was beautiful so it felt great. Highly recommend for anyone with a little bit of adventure in them! Captain Simon did an amazing job!
This wet jet boat tour was an amazing, high-adrenaline experience from start to finish! Our captain, Simon, was incredibly skilled, and Vinny was an awesome guide who kept us engaged and entertained the entire time. Hitting those rapids was a total blast. When they say you will get wet, they mean absolutely soaked—which made it even better! It was worth every single penny and easily the highlight of our trip. We are going to do it again for sure 10/10 highly recommend!. Thank you Gabriela Leon. ❤️
