This was a very extremely fun time. Prepare to get soaked!!! Our tour guide Isabella was amazing. She was knowledgeable and had a great personality for the job. We were taken care of professionally from beginning to end. This is one thing I would highly suggest to do!!! I think everyone on the boat was smiling and laughing the entire time.

Super fun boat ride but get read to be complete wet so i advice wearing wet shoes and if you sear in the first seat you will have water on your face during all the day what was fun to be but be aware that is really a lot! It was a really cool time! Would to this again

55 River Frontage Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1L0, Canada
Take Dumfries St. off the Niagara Parkway, follow the road down. At the Queenston Waterfront sign, follow the road and turn left down to our parking lot. Guests are asked to arrive 45 minutes prior to trip for check in and mandatory safety briefing. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals.

Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. If you miss the safety orientation, we will move you to the next available trip time without notice (which could be the next day) so it is important to arrive on time.
The participation agreement thoroughly explains to anyone interested in the trip, all pertinent aspects of jet-boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund.

Wheelchair accessibility - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
Late or no-show participants will not receive a refund. You have 24 hours prior to your trip to cancel for a full refund. Trips can be rescheduled until 24 hours before the departure at no added charge (subject to availability).
Trips rescheduled within 24 hours of the trip time will be subject to an additional 10% rebooking fee.
Guests must arrive on site via their own form of transportation - Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours is not responsible for getting you to the dock.
*Please note that we do not see Niagara Falls from our tour*
There is a minimum height requirement of 44″ tall for the WET Jet seats. Children will be measured on-site, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be permitted to ride.
Guests under the age of 13 and/or under 100 lbs are not permitted to sit in the first 3-4 rows of any vessel. (All loading and guest seating is at the sole discretion of the Captain and Crew of the vessel).
Guests age 13-15 years old must be seated with a guest who is 16 years or older to ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat, with an adult chaperone(18+) on board. Guests age 16-17 years old can ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat with an adult chaperone (18+) on board. Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to ride without an adult chaperone (age 18+).
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 54 travelers

The excursion was absolutely the most fun. The ride was fast and we got completely soaked. We did a similar excursion in Oregon but it was nowhere near as fast or fun as this ride.

First thing is bring a change of clothes because you will saturated with water! This was a great experience and a lot of fun. The only negative that I could find is that the boat stuck to only one set of rapids, but what they did in those rapids was amazing. I would have liked to have more 360’s in the boat too, as we only did 3 of them.

Grace was VERY attentive to ensure everyone followed the safety rules, which were very easy as you're having a blast on a jet boat and getting soaking wet. Would recommend many times over too, it was a blast and perfect on a very hot day too.

You definitely get wet! If you are in the middle of the boat, you can't see anything, you just have to go by the voice of the guide telling you what is about to happen.

Lots of fun and perfectly safe! The scenery and water were beautiful and riding the rapids was lots of fun. I would have liked more rapids, but my friend who was scared to death thought it was perfect. We got really soaked and the folks working there are terrific! I would love to go again!

I have done MANY water activities even white water rafting and this is BY FAR the best water activity I have done. I would do this ALL OVER AGAIN!!!! Next time though, I WILL take my shades off lol. Definitely a must do if going to Niagara

So much fun! A must do when you are in Ontario! It was our family's favorite activity on our trip to Niagara falls. You go through class 5 rapids and get drenched! Literally the boat fills up to your knees- don't worry it is self bailing!
