Take Dumfries St. off the Niagara Parkway, follow the road down. At the Queenston Waterfront sign, follow the road and turn left down to our parking lot. Guests are asked to arrive 45 minutes prior to trip for check in and mandatory safety briefing. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals.

- Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. If you miss the safety orientation, we will move you to the next available trip time without notice (which could be the next day) so it is important to arrive on time.
- The participation agreement thoroughly explains to anyone interested in the trip, all pertinent aspects of jet-boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund.
- Wheelchair accessibility - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
- Late or no-show participants will not receive a refund. You have 24 hours prior to your trip to cancel for a full refund. Trips can be rescheduled until 24 hours before the departure at no added charge (subject to availability).
- Trips rescheduled within 24 hours of the trip time will be subject to an additional 10% rebooking fee.
- Guests must arrive on site via their own form of transportation - Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours is not responsible for getting you to the dock.
- *Please note that we do not see Niagara Falls from our tour*
- There is a minimum height requirement of 44″ tall for the WET Jet seats. Children will be measured on-site, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be permitted to ride.
- Guests under the age of 13 and/or under 100 lbs are not permitted to sit in the first 3-4 rows of any vessel. (All loading and guest seating is at the sole discretion of the Captain and Crew of the vessel).
- Guests age 13-15 years old must be seated with a guest who is 16 years or older to ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat, with an adult chaperone(18+) on board. Guests age 16-17 years old can ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat with an adult chaperone (18+) on board. Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to ride without an adult chaperone (age 18+).

Thank you Captain Jason and trip leader Grace you were both professional and courteous. I absolutely recommend this event, it was sooo much fun. My whole family enjoyed the exhilarating feeling from the speed, wind and splashing of the water. As a 60 something older individual I will be reserving this event again for my future vacations or for a fun day event. Just absolutely AWESOME!

Bring pool shoes and change of clothes and a towel - you get soaked - a lot of fun - very exciting boat ride

Clean, welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Free parking, snack stand available. First 4 rows in the boat are the best place to sit in, ware a bathing suit when coming and bring a change of clothes. They have free lockers to keep your items in and changing rooms so you can change into your dry clothes. This place is properly prepared. We had Alexis (she was funny and made the experience more memorable. She gave every sip name, thriller, under the sea, Adele.. she was cool) our Captain was no other than Charlie (the best and only ) I would recommend this team ONLY if you want to have fun and get soaked and wet.

Our experience with this service provider was extremely disappointing. The customer service was among the worst we have ever encountered.
We called at least 5–6 times to modify our booking for a group of 13 people and even paid an additional $100+ to make the changes. Then they did the change and no links provided via email were working. On the day of our booking, we arrived before the scheduled time, yet we were refused entry.
The lady at the reception was exceptionally rude, arrogant, and confrontational. Instead of trying to assist us, she started arguing and insisted that we should have arrived 45 minutes earlier, despite this never being clearly communicated during any of our multiple phone calls. Not once did anyone from their team contact us to remind us of this requirement, especially considering we had booked for a large group of 13 people.
We have traveled to more than 25–30 countries and have never experienced such poor customer service from any service provider. As a result, we lost our entire booking along with the additional amount we had paid to modify it.
This was a truly frustrating and unacceptable experience. The team’s rude, unprofessional, and inflexible attitude completely ruined our plans. I would not recommend this service provider to anyone looking for reliable customer service.

You will get soaked!!! This was such an awesome experience!! We’re so glad we did this! Our 6 and 7 year olds loved it!!! Chris and Captain Charlie were great!!! Thanks for a great memory to talk about for years!!

This was a lot of fun my boys 10 and eight really enjoyed it and you got soaked! I was a little nervous at first that it would be too scary for them, but it was actually great! If you’re hesitant about doing it, I’d say just do it

We had Isabella and Simon as our trip guide and captain. Both of them were awesome! This is very fun and something EVERYONE should do. I do suggest getting tickets in advance, showing up early, bringing a towel and a change of clothes.

What an incredible experience! The Niagara Falls Canada Open-Top (Wet) Jet Boat Tour was easily one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we boarded, our host Jackie kept everyone entertained with her fun personality, great sense of humor, informative commentary about the Niagara River and its history, and even some singing that had everyone smiling and laughing along.
The ride itself was absolutely thrilling. The powerful jet boat sped through the rolling rapids, giving us an exciting combination of adventure, beautiful scenery, and plenty of laughs. Captain Nick expertly piloted the boat through the swirling waters and challenging rapids with impressive skill and confidence, making us feel safe while still delivering an adrenaline-pumping ride.
A few tips for future riders: definitely wear water shoes, as you will get completely soaked from head to toe. The provided poncho is appreciated, but it's more useful for warmth than for keeping you dry. The water is relentless, especially if you're seated near the front of the boat. We were in the front row, and the force of the water hitting us was surprisingly powerful—each wave felt like a blast of icy river water! It's all part of the fun, but be prepared for a very wet and wild ride.
One thing to note is that the water is super cold, so this tour is probably best enjoyed on a hot summer day when getting drenched feels extra refreshing. Despite being soaked, we couldn't stop smiling and laughing throughout the entire adventure.
If you're looking for an exciting and unique way to experience Niagara Falls and the Niagara River, I highly recommend this tour. Huge thanks to Jackie for being such a fantastic host and entertainer and to Captain Nick for an amazing ride. Their combination of knowledge, enthusiasm, humor, and professionalism made this an unforgettable experience. We would highly recommend it!
