55 River Frontage Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1L0, Canada
Take Dumfries St. off the Niagara Parkway, follow the road down. At the Queenston Waterfront sign, follow the road and turn left down to our parking lot. Guests are asked to arrive 45 minutes prior to trip for check in and mandatory safety briefing. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals.

Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. If you miss the safety orientation, we will move you to the next available trip time without notice (which could be the next day) so it is important to arrive on time.
The participation agreement thoroughly explains to anyone interested in the trip, all pertinent aspects of jet-boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund.

Wheelchair accessibility - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
Late or no-show participants will not receive a refund. You have 24 hours prior to your trip to cancel for a full refund. Trips can be rescheduled until 24 hours before the departure at no added charge (subject to availability).
Trips rescheduled within 24 hours of the trip time will be subject to an additional 10% rebooking fee.
Guests must arrive on site via their own form of transportation - Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours is not responsible for getting you to the dock.
*Please note that we do not see Niagara Falls from our tour*
There is a minimum height requirement of 44″ tall for the WET Jet seats. Children will be measured on-site, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be permitted to ride.
Guests under the age of 13 and/or under 100 lbs are not permitted to sit in the first 3-4 rows of any vessel. (All loading and guest seating is at the sole discretion of the Captain and Crew of the vessel).
Guests age 13-15 years old must be seated with a guest who is 16 years or older to ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat, with an adult chaperone(18+) on board. Guests age 16-17 years old can ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat with an adult chaperone (18+) on board. Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to ride without an adult chaperone (age 18+).
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 54 travelers

It was awesome and so much fun! We had never been white water rafting. This was a good way to get a taste of it in the safety of a larger boat. They also gave a nice description of where we were and history of the hydro-electric plants that were near by. The guides kept up the fun energy the entire time. You will get wet! Pack a change of clothes.

This was a lot of fun!! We got totally soaked but the weather was beautiful so it felt great. Highly recommend for anyone with a little bit of adventure in them! Captain Simon did an amazing job!

This wet jet boat tour was an amazing, high-adrenaline experience from start to finish! Our captain, Simon, was incredibly skilled, and Vinny was an awesome guide who kept us engaged and entertained the entire time. Hitting those rapids was a total blast. When they say you will get wet, they mean absolutely soaked—which made it even better! It was worth every single penny and easily the highlight of our trip. We are going to do it again for sure 10/10 highly recommend!. Thank you Gabriela Leon. ❤️

The zipline was great. I’m really glad we did the early bird schedule. Just for clarity there is one zipline. It’s fun and easy. The photo and video at the end is a perfect momento.

Clean, welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Free parking, snack stand available. First 4 rows in the boat are the best place to sit in, ware a bathing suit when coming and bring a change of clothes. They have free lockers to keep your items in and changing rooms so you can change into your dry clothes. This place is properly prepared. We had Alexis (she was funny and made the experience more memorable. She gave every sip name, thriller, under the sea, Adele.. she was cool) our Captain was no other than Charlie (the best and only ) I would recommend this team ONLY if you want to have fun and get soaked and wet.

Worst customer service ever!

Our experience with this service provider was extremely disappointing. The customer service was among the worst we have ever encountered. We called at least 5–6 times to modify our booking for a group of 13 people and even paid an additional $100+ to make the changes. Then they did the change and no links provided via email were working. On the day of our booking, we arrived before the scheduled time, yet we were refused entry. The lady at the reception was exceptionally rude, arrogant, and confrontational. Instead of trying to assist us, she started arguing and insisted that we should have arrived 45 minutes earlier, despite this never being clearly communicated during any of our multiple phone calls. Not once did anyone from their team contact us to remind us of this requirement, especially considering we had booked for a large group of 13 people. We have traveled to more than 25–30 countries and have never experienced such poor customer service from any service provider. As a result, we lost our entire booking along with the additional amount we had paid to modify it. This was a truly frustrating and unacceptable experience. The team’s rude, unprofessional, and inflexible attitude completely ruined our plans. I would not recommend this service provider to anyone looking for reliable customer service.

We had Isabella and Simon as our trip guide and captain. Both of them were awesome! This is very fun and something EVERYONE should do. I do suggest getting tickets in advance, showing up early, bringing a towel and a change of clothes.
