Absolutely a crowd pleaser for the family. The kids loved it and said, “Very exciting!” and “tell them it they’re going to get wet.” It’s one of these simple activities that you can’t replicate with screens and gets all the smiles. Love those.

Gary was amazing, as our tour guide. Niagara Falls was beautiful! We were sufficiently soaked at the end of the boat ride, but SO worth it! He gave us lots of local tips for restaurants and souvenirs.

Great way to see the falls from the Canadian side of the falls! Transportation was key to making this tour a success. The wirlpool rapids was not especially impressive, but the other components organized in the tour were perfect.

Tour guide John was great! He took good care of the whole group and gave interesting facts and funny stories. This was a perfect and easy way to see the falls and river rapids from several perspectives and to also avoid the crowds and parking challenges - highly recommend

It wouldn’t let me leave zero stars. I received reminders up until the meeting time. I was at the meeting point early. No one showed up. I contacted Magnificent Niagara Falls Tours and they at first said they had no record of my reservation, contacted the manager and then they said I cancelled (I didn’t) I asked for a refund and they said I would have to go through Viator. I contacted Viator and they said my reservation was valid and the issue was with Magnificent. After much back and forth I did get a refund. By then it was too late to book anything on my own and this was out first (and probably last) time at the falls. I wasted most of my one and only day with this. Awful experience. So my rating is Zero. Point. Zero.

The boat, tour guide (Tony), air con on the bus, laving your bag on the bus and just having everything organised was all great. I would not bother with ‘journey behind the falls’ - it really stretches the word ‘journey’ to its limit, quite disappointing

Includes street tour around falls area. Our guide John McKinnon was outstanding. He provides local flavor tour not only pointing out the sites but suggests other things we may not have considered. He made the trip lots of fun and a wealth of local history.

Booked this tour for Niagara and very much enjoyed the trip. Unfortunately at the end of the trip, the driver could not be bothered to drop us back off directly at the Sheraton Fallsview and we had to walk an extra couple of blocks when we were already tired.

This is not a small group tour. We were on a coach bus with about 50 other people. Our tour guide/bus driver was knowledgeable and friendly. We were expecting a smaller group with a more guided tour. This was move of a driver to get us to the locations. .
