Arranging on line was easy. Extremely organized. It was great that we got a phone call the day before to confirm. Cheryl at tour desk at Marriott Falls View and Spa was a delight. Pick up at hotel was perfect. John, our tour guide was amazing. He had the best personality and made the adventure informative and fun. Highly recommend!!!!

Tony was great, very knowledgeable and funny. I would highly recommend especially with the transportation added in, great quality excursion.
Easy to book. Free parking at the hotel where we were picked up and dropped off.
Worth the money to have them get the tickets and walk you to each activity. No waiting.
Tony was a great tour guide. He explained a lot about the area and shared interesting history (even had some pictures which was helpful).
First time traveling abroad. This was Amazing!!!we enjoyed every second . Would highly recommend to anyone that they plan enough time to take the boat tour .

John our tour guide/driver was a blast. Got to experience some of Niagara Falls Canada’s best sites. If you don’t want to get wet book a different tour, but you’ll miss the highlight of the day. The boat ride near the falls was so much fun and at the horseshoe falls it was like a cool shower. Well worth the money spent.
The trip was amazing! The scenery is awesome and our guide was friendly and informative. The coach was a bit late arriving but the joining instructions were clear so we didn’t panic. The rest of the trip went smoothly

John was an amazing tour guide. Extremely professional and good at his job. Very informative tour with lots of recommendations for dining and places to visit. We really appreciated that he also gave us insight on some places that weren't great value for your money and places to go instead! Overall great tour!
This was so cool. To be that close was awesome Being behind the falls made you realize how powerful they are.
Great way to enjoy the falls up close and get good photos. Just wear shoes that are good for getting wet. I wore water hiking shoes and they were perfect.

It was excellent, from the day before we got a call to confirm the time and place to be pick up.
The next morning John arrived and he explained the places we where going to stop and the most important he was so entertained with details and making sure everyone was ok

Our tour guide, John, was the best and made sure everyone had a good time. This was my first trip to Niagara Falls. My wife has visited twice before, and she agreed this was the best tour she's been on, thanks to John!
Our guide, Tony, was stellar. He was able to give us insider tips to make each part of the experience informative and enjoyable. The bus ride was very comfortable, and the prep and insider information for both the walk under the Falls and the boat ride was very helpful. We both really enjoyed his stories and friendliness.

Absolutely a crowd pleaser for the family. The kids loved it and said, “Very exciting!” and “tell them it they’re going to get wet.” It’s one of these simple activities that you can’t replicate with screens and gets all the smiles. Love those.

Gary was amazing, as our tour guide. Niagara Falls was beautiful! We were sufficiently soaked at the end of the boat ride, but SO worth it! He gave us lots of local tips for restaurants and souvenirs.

Great way to see the falls from the Canadian side of the falls! Transportation was key to making this tour a success. The wirlpool rapids was not especially impressive, but the other components organized in the tour were perfect.
We had the best time ever! John was amazing as a guide. He gave us local history as well as making sure everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend this tour!
Tour guide John was great! He took good care of the whole group and gave interesting facts and funny stories. This was a perfect and easy way to see the falls and river rapids from several perspectives and to also avoid the crowds and parking challenges - highly recommend
