A fun but definitely very wet experience on the boat ride. You really become at awe at the beauty of the Horseshoe Falls. Our guide Asif was terrific…. he was also kind enough to drop us off at the train station. Would recommend.

This personal guided tour with Asif was fantastic! Asif offered to began our tour a little earlier because of a possible storm which was thoughtful. He was extremely personable and went above and beyond to make sure our tours were memorable! The Niagara Falls, Skylon & Maple/chocolate tasting tours were perfect!
This was a great tour. All the top things to see on my list. Asif was very accommodating as our hotel was changed due to flooding, we were moved to a different hotel. I messaged him our new hotel and he confirmed pick up there. He took us to the Skylon tower, maple tasting and the boat tour. At all locations he walked us right up to the front, skip the lines. My husband has mobility issues and he helped him get through the crowds. I would highly recommend this tour. Asif also gave us tips on how to get to places we wanted to visit later.
Super fun experience. Great for the entire family,did not disappoint.I would Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting for the first time.
Concierge type service as there was only two of us at this time. The tour and insights were appreciated and our guide did everything for us to make sure we saw everything and more! Highly recommended!

Asif was our guide and he was fantastic!! Not only did he give us the best information about our stops but told us about other venues we might be interested in. He’s also the best photo set up guy ever!!! He helped ladies that weren’t even in our group to get fantastic photos. Truly, an all-Around great guy.
On the boat ride, he didn’t come on the boat but he told us the best place to stand to get the most out of the tour.
The gentleman and 2yr old son got the benefit of Asif’s generosity and care for his customers. The guy didn’t have a car seat at the pickup point for his son. Asif drove to the guy’s Airbnb to allow him to get it!!!
I can’t say enough good things about Asif. If you get him to do your tour, you’re in great hands!!!
It was overall a great experience!! We skipped the lines and got the good spots to see and experience everything!! We had a 2 year old so needed a car seat which we didn't have but guide Asif took us to our car so we could get it. Asif was friendly and knowledgeable!!

Three hours in a persons personal van, with a heavy accent telling and showing us the Niagara area. I didn’t realize that was what I purchased. Hopefully we can get s credit of some kind?

You are going to get wet at the falls. Don’t pay the extra money at the bird kingdom to hold the bird, it’s not worth it. Our tour guide was fabulous.
Asif was a great tour guide. He had an excellent personality and was very knowledgeable about the area attractions. He made us feel just like we were friends on vacation with him. I will definitely recommend him for future trips.
Excellent experience. Tour guide treated us like VIP's. Was able to get close parking so didn't have to walk far.

There was no boat experience as the Canada side had not opened ( even though it was 20 degrees at end of April ). It should be made very clear that the boat trip may not be included ( why take bookings for something that Viator know is not available ? ) - it was replaced with wine tasting, not quite the same. Our guide was very charming and apologetic about there being no boat tour, however, i felt disappointed with the whole thing.

Hi Sue. Sorry to hear this. I understand your frustration. Usually the boat officially opens on May 1st, however due to the cold weather the date for opening was extended to May 8th by the Niagara Region which is out of our control. I offered you a full refund or different tour options, we reached an agreement on the Niagara on the Lake Wine tasting tour. I’m glad you enjoyed it.
The tour guide was kind but we didn’t appreciate the description being misleading as no boat tour is offered during winter season. Was forced to do other excursions that we didn’t want to and wasn’t worth the money we paid.

SMALL Group! Support a small business and enjoy the benefits of a small tour group. This tour takes a maximum of 12 people. We arrived at the end of tourist season, and we were the the only ones to book for the day. No waiting in lines. The guide was very knowledgeable and flexible. It's easy to schedule a custom trip. We had a PERFECT day!

Asif was a wonderful host. He was prompt, communicative, knowledgeable and funny. He knew the best spot for us to stand on the boat, and made sure we got there. It was a great morning and we were glad for his experience and knowledge.
Amazing. Don’t wear make up! It is mind boggling the force of nature in these falls. We were met on time by our guide. By taking this tour we were expedited through the lines
We had a great time but specifically asked for a hotel Pick up n drop off due to issues with walking. Hotel pick up was fine but we’re told about half way thru tour that they didn’t due drop off services. Disappointed. Pretty sure we paid for both but didn’t get a statement that explained it. Guide was very good, but recommend that he shouldn’t explain the points of interest until ALL OF US are on site. We walk slow so always got there in time to start the to the next point.
You will get water but, it was so mind blowing and such an amazing experience. We will be back. 😊 Next time we will bring the grandkids

Fantastic loved it all. Make sure you take something to cover your arms with as they will get wet not protected by Red cover thank you.
Prepare to get wet. I recommend water shoes and a rain coat or rain suit. If it's cold out, perhaps gloves.
Asif was amazing! We were able to laugh, relax and enjoy everything! He helped take pictures and was very knowledgeable. Wish he was at every place we visited around the world. Best tour guide we have ever had! Definitely recommend!
