A fun but definitely very wet experience on the boat ride. You really become at awe at the beauty of the Horseshoe Falls. Our guide Asif was terrific…. he was also kind enough to drop us off at the train station. Would recommend.

There was no boat experience as the Canada side had not opened ( even though it was 20 degrees at end of April ). It should be made very clear that the boat trip may not be included ( why take bookings for something that Viator know is not available ? ) - it was replaced with wine tasting, not quite the same. Our guide was very charming and apologetic about there being no boat tour, however, i felt disappointed with the whole thing.

The tour guide was kind but we didn’t appreciate the description being misleading as no boat tour is offered during winter season. Was forced to do other excursions that we didn’t want to and wasn’t worth the money we paid.

SMALL Group! Support a small business and enjoy the benefits of a small tour group. This tour takes a maximum of 12 people. We arrived at the end of tourist season, and we were the the only ones to book for the day. No waiting in lines. The guide was very knowledgeable and flexible. It's easy to schedule a custom trip. We had a PERFECT day!

We had a great time but specifically asked for a hotel Pick up n drop off due to issues with walking. Hotel pick up was fine but we’re told about half way thru tour that they didn’t due drop off services. Disappointed. Pretty sure we paid for both but didn’t get a statement that explained it. Guide was very good, but recommend that he shouldn’t explain the points of interest until ALL OF US are on site. We walk slow so always got there in time to start the to the next point.

Prepare to get wet. I recommend water shoes and a rain coat or rain suit. If it's cold out, perhaps gloves.

Asif was fantastic! We had an excursion booked through a different company, and that tour was cancelled the day before with no explanation or communication from the company. With only a few days planned in Niagara, we scrambled at the 11th hour to find another tour that was comparable to the one that was cancelled.
We booked this tour around 10:00pm for the next day. I got a call in the morning from Asif, and he explained that the opening date for the Canadian boat tours was changed to May 8th, so he couldn’t offer the boat tour part of the tour. But…he went on to say that the Maid of the Mist on the US side did open as scheduled, and he offered to take us over for that boat tour, then take us through the rest of the normal tour that he offers in Canada. He went even further and said if we didn’t want to do the US boat, he would replace the boat ride portion of the tour with something else…power plant tour, wine tasting at some of the wineries, whatever we would want to do, he’d make it a great experience.
We opted to do the Maid of the Mist. It was an amazing experience! Asif was so great. He always offered to take pictures of us, and was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.
I asked about how late in the evening Ubers were available. He said they’re usually available anytime, but he offered to give us the phone number for the taxi service, and said if we ran into any issues and we weren’t able to secure a ride, that we could call him and he’d make sure we got where we needed to be.
It was so refreshing to experience such great customer service! I would 1,000% recommend this tour!

The driver did not drive me back to my hotel from the last stop - which was in the program as part of the tour, pickup from hotel and drop off at hotel ,..

Asif was a wonderful guide. He seems well known to the various venues and gave us some very useful tips like where best to stand on the boat ride for the best views and to disembark quickly. It was a nice outing and we were very satisfied with the tour. I would recommend.
