Superior Customer Service

Thom was absolutely amazing! He came and picked us up in Ontario at our Niagara Fallsview hotel. We ended up having a private tour which was so special and intimate. Thom taught us how to properly taste wine, laughed with us, genuinely got to know us, went of his way numerous times, gave us the perfect amount of time privately to converse, and knew everybody he came in contact with. He was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, gave great history tidbits, and even informed us about the areas geology. Three wineries were the perfect amount of time and the cheese plate at the second winery was very well timed. I’m so glad we booked this experience through grape escape and were truly blessed to get Thom as our tour guide. He exceeded any expectations that we had and truly made the tour memorable! You will not regret this experience!

Our experience was awesome,the first time we’ve viewed the falls from the Canadian side A MUST SEE for anyone planning on visiting Niagara Falls.The sky wheel’s view was great, the ride was not too fast just a beautiful view of the area. The attendants were pleasant and helpful. The sky wheel’s price was inexpensive.

Just Amazing!!

The helicopter experience over Niagara Falls was absolutely amazing. Seeing the falls from above gives you a completely different perspective of their size and power. Flying over the Horseshoe Falls with the mist rising and rainbows forming in the sunlight was breathtaking. The ride was smooth, the pilot was friendly and informative, and the whole experience felt safe and well organized. It’s definitely one of the best ways to see Niagara Falls and a memory I’ll never forget.

Wow. The Skylon tower...

Wow. The Skylon tower experience is spectacular. Gives you a 360 panoramic view of Niagara Falls. It's amazing at night with all the Christmas decorations at the falls enclave. A sight to behold. To crown it all, enjoy the undescribable dinning experience at the Revolving Dinning in the tower. I didn't know I had to resolve a table but they were kind to sort t us out with one. The chefs are super good, every meal was excellent and I would go there again and again and again. Remember to reserve a table at the Revolving Dinning before you go to make it easier for you. It's so beautiful at Christmas. I loved it.

Unbeatable view and friendly skies!

Be sure to call the morning of your flight because the weather can change quickly. We had to reschedule, but they were very flexible! The view is unsurpassed !!! You fly way south over the falls and river . Plus you get to see some beautiful countryside. Our pilot was great at pointing things out!!! There were 3 in our group, so one sat up front and 2 in the backseat. Pictures were easy from the front seat!!!

Skipper Tom was an excellent guide! Very informative and it was obvious that he loved his job. He knew the history of the falls and also if the area. Unique experience!

Before you book this experience, know that you are not going to actually see the Falls. The starting point is about 20 minute drive from Clifton Hills. You take a speed boat ride on Niagara on the Lake through several rapids and there is guided tour along the way. Do not go on this boat ride if you get motion sickness or seasick! Our boat had to turn around because a child started to get seasick. Our guide Grace was awesome! She was entertaining and put us at ease during the entire trip. The captain was very skilled at driving the boat and took us for an extra spin to make up for having to return to the dock. We sat in covered section of the boat and there was also an open section where the folks got really soaked! I would recommend this ride for anyone is not averse to motion or seasickness!

We spent the day with Tom as our guide. We loved what we saw the behind the falls, the boat ride, the flower clock, whirlpool, on our tour but the best part was how knowledgeable, funny, friendly and kind our guide was. Big fan. He’s the best. Take the tour. You will love it.
