They no showed we had to hire a taxi , tried several times to. Contact Viator without success. Previous tour in New Delhi they did a great job. Mumbai transfer I would not recommend better to obtain a taxi upon arrival
Mohammad was so reliable, a great communicator and made the whole Mumbai airport transfer experience a pleasure.
I’ve tried to deal with taxi drivers after a long flight and it’s just too stressful.

The communication from Jay and his team was excellent prior to arrival to and from the moment we arrived at Mumbai Airport. We had hired two SUVs for our group of six due to the large amount of luggage, and Jay's team was there at the gate to greet us promptly. They ensured a smooth transition from the airport to the cars and then to the hotel. The service was seamless and greatly appreciated.

First poor/disappointing Viator experience. Operator never replied to messages and calls from both Viator and me to confirm details for pick up upon arrival at the airport. Viator rep refused to provide refund even 15 minutes before boarding the flight. Had to cancel without confirmation of refund.
The driver was there waiting for us. He took us to the hotel without any issues. The car was very clean.
The booking for this was easy, the communication was great and the pickup at the airport was quick and seamless. As this was our first trip to Mumbai and we didn't know what to expect, this was very easy. Thank you.
Did not communicate, did not pick me up. Do not use this service. Get an Uber. Fast and easy. Signs everywhere
There was nobody waiting for us at the place where we were adviced to come and meet the answer. Then we got calls from three different men speaking English with a dialect we could't understand well enough. We waited about 40 minutes. Finally a man came and took us to his car but he didn't show any document that he was from Viator. Luckily he drove us to our hotel.
Professional, timely, and friendly. We were welcomed and treated with respect and care. We always felt safe and would book with them again.
We had an awesome driver named Kadir and he was absolutely lovely! He was on time at the airport and picked us up. We drove straight to the hotel in his clean car and it was nice chatting with him.
Wow. A bit like the competition where you squeeze as many people as you can into the smallest car possible. How is it that I book for four (4) pax from airport to cruise ship terminal and we can only get two regular size bags into the boot of the smallest Hyundai on the market? Absolutely useless!
Wir haben einen Flughafentransfer für 2 Personen bestellt. Als Transportmittel wurde das Fahrzeug für 4 Personen ausgewählt. Schon bei der Bestellung haben wir auf zwei große Koffer und zwei Cabin Trolley hingewiesen. Als der Fahrer dann vor unserem Hotel stand, wollte er uns wegen unserem Gepäck nicht mitnehmen. Nach seiner Aussage sei das nicht vereinbart. Erst durch Zureden des Hotel Concierge wurden die Koffer widerwillig eingepackt. Für die schnellere Fahrt sollten wir dann auch noch extra bezahlen, was wir dankend abgelehnt haben. Das ganze kommt uns doch sehr unserös vor.
On m'attendais comme prévu une fois arrivé à Mumbai. Juste eu une petite confusion pour trouver mon chauffeur au moment de la rencontre (pas de panneau avec mon nom et un peu de difficulté à se comprendre au téléphone). Mais sinon tout s'est bien déroulé.
Chauffeur agréable et compétent. Très bon conducteur, surtout dans les conditions difficiles de Mumbai.
