Pick up time will be confirmed 1-3 days prior to the tour date via email or phone. If you do not have access to these, please be ready 30 minutes prior to tour start time in the hotel lobby. We only pick up in Downtown Montreal. During summer months (June-August) we are unable to pick up in Old Montreal, we will suggest a central meeting location instead.

Bill was very professional, knowledgeable friendly and informative. We learned a lot of Montréal culture and history. The places we visited were great. Unfortunately the River Cruise was not available. That was the only disappointment.

We totally get the disappointment! The St. Lawrence River Cruise is seasonal and runs from May to October. From November to April, it is replaced with La Grande Roue. We'd love to have you back for the next season! Thanks for touring with us.

Confusing directions and inadequate help because phone line connected to main office we now know is in Niagara Falls and person did not know Montréal. Got dropped off in front of a building that had doors locked to access parking garage. Did not understand beforehand we had to walk in the dark and cold windy streets to the opposite street on the other side of the bldg about a block walk to go into the parking garage. This parking garage was not our choice. Viator directed us to park there because we were in our own private car and I guess since we were not at a downtown hotel for pick up, this was their solution. Too bad the assigned pick up and drop off spot was not on the same street as the parking garage. It would have been very simple to have made that happen. So it was very disturbing and inconvenient when one of our party who was mobility disabled had to hobble the extra distance when it could have been easy.

You’re absolutely right, your pickup and drop-off should have been arranged in a way that minimised extra walking and ensured accessibility for those who needed special care. Our guest services team is always available through your confirmation email or the toll free number on our website, at just such a time or in case of any issues or concerns at any stage of the tour.
Generally, we have set pick-up zones in every city that include areas where we can easily get our guests without any issues, delays, traffic blockages or parking problems. If a guest is situated outside these zones, we gently ask them to make there way inside the zone so that the whole tour starts without any hitches.
We sincerely apologise for the frustration this caused and truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention, feedback like yours helps us create a smoother and more comfortable experience for everyone.

Overview of city, not always as posted. Positive-good driver, potentially good sites, support given to participant with limited mobility. Guide Bill was familiar with city but not so much of Oratory and St Andre
Negative-billed as no more than six but we had 8, spent too much time driving through high end neighborhood and not enough at Oratory, spent good deal of time getting to two additional pick up spots, high step on van made exit and entry difficult-need step stool for all. Cruise was slow and boring with obnoxious dialogue. Time could be better spent on Mt Royal or other sites.

This tour was advertised with a maximum of six passengers; however, 10 individuals were in the van with us. Every seat in the van was taken. When I reserved this tour. I was under the impression that was going to be in group of no more than a group of six. When you get to the boat portion on the tour you are with 100 other people.

Guide was good, but there wasn't enough time in anywhere. As soon as we arrived at both Notre Dame, and St Joseph's Oratory we were told we only had 10mins to have a look around on our own before meeting back up with our guide and moving on! This was nowhere near enough time to even see a 10th of the location. We ended up going back to both these places on our own (on a different day) and paying again and having a proper look. The cruise was good, but this was only one third of the tour.

It was a good introduction to Montreal but too much time was spent driving in the cemetery and in Westmount. And we only were able to leave the van once in those areas so we were sitting for a long time. In addition, there was trouble with the vents in the van for the people in the back and it was a warm day, but it took awhile for the driver to address the issue. We enjoyed the boat trip and the stop at Saint Joseph's Oratory.

Overall a good trip to see key parts of Montreal in a day and our guide, Bill, was amazing. The boat trip was not that great though, with the food in particular, being awful so bring your own food on board if you can.

Great day exploring Montreal with our very knowlegable guide Mustafa.
A fun day seeing amazing sights but also learning about their history and back stories.
From Mt Royal to the Basilica Notre-Dame, the Old Town, Universities, the best suggestions for lunch, (The Bagel Shop and Patisserie just around the corner) China Town, Clements street shops and so much more.
The river cruise, which was run by a third party but included as part of our tour was a bit disappointing. Some commentary on the boat would have been good. Very relaxing though.
Would definitely recommend this tour. You can't beat being picked up and dropped off right at your motel either.

Our guide was fabulous! He was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of details about Montreal's history. My only disappointment was that we didn't have the opportunity to go inside St. Joseph's Oratory.

Mustafa, who manages the Montreal See Sights, gave a very informative narration of the history of the city and of the sites we were viewing. For lunch we stopped where we could choose from 3 different restaurants or a grocery. We took our lunch to a high area on Mount Royal from which we could see much of the city and far to the south and southeast. The drive with commentary through the streets gave us a good overall glimpse of the city. Mustafa’s comments also helped me understand Quebec’s and Montreal’s changes and place within Canada.
As I have much more familiarity with Ontario and Western Canada I value this experience.

Mustapha did a wonderful job teaching us about the varied geography and history of Montreal. Very glad we took this tour early so we could use our newfound knowledge to enhance our remaining days in Montreal. Very knowledgeable and witty commentary during the entire tour. The harbor boat ride provided an excellent finishing touch to the day.

This is a trip designed to acclimate one to the Montreal city and point out what to explore further. That being said I had only a short time in Montreal and wanted to see as much as I could in that timeframe. This tour was perfect for that. Our Wonderful guide not only pointed out major sites but presented them with historical background. We were able to stop and see some major areas along the way with time to quickly explore each. The highlight was the special overlook where we ate our light lunch. We picked up that lunch in the city at one of our stops. (Lunch not included in cost of trip). After stopping at the Notre Dame we got onboard a river cruise to see the city from the water. (Food is available to purchase onboard the cruise). I highly recommend this tour and the tour guide if you have limited time in Montreal and want to see the major areas.
