Our tour was delayed 40 min, even though we arrived 10 min early. It lasted 24 min, but 6 min of that was on the ground waiting, (the pilot started a timer when he turned on the engine). And the pilot didn't speak enough English to describe what we were seeing or answer any questions. Above all, it was a helicopter tour, which by itself is very cool. But, it was expensive for what we got and the company didn't really care, just going through the motions and giving the minimum.

You arrived 10 min earlier instead of 30 min as required on the boarding instructions, that is why we had to take-off 30 min after your schedule because of the Air Traffic Control regulation.
Furthermore, as mentioned on Viator, duration indicated is only for planification and express the time onboard tne aircraft. You did spend 30 minutes aboard our helicopter.

I upgraded to the Montréal trip when I got to the place but I had to wait 10 minutes in the air hovering a little above ground level for the all clear. Then the “30 minute” ride was like 12 minute. The pilot was good but very underwhelming experience and not worth it at all.

This was one of the best experiences I have had on a vacation. The weather was not quite cooperating and the operator worked with us to get into the air between the storms. While in the air, our pilot was very helpful in explaining both what we were seeing and what we were experiencing in the helicopter (the movement, the bumps, etc.) This made for an interesting and comfortable trip. Totally awesome time with our young pilot, Kevin, in a personalized air tour over Montreal! Small and light chopper but with huge windows and an un-beatable view of the city.
