Mustafa, our tour guide, wa fabulous. The tour itself was anti-climatic. We spent most the night sitting in traffic. The tour definitely needs to be "tweaked". Not worth the money.

We understood it to be more driving than walking which would have been good after a day of traveling. Turned out to be a lot of walking. Also when I booked the trip, it was agreed that we would be picked up at our hotel and then we got an email, the day prior , that we had to meet elsewhere. Added a couple more miles of walking....

You go to 3 places...the scenic overlook, ferris wheel and Notre Dam from the outside. You do not go inside the basilica despite the picture of the inside advertising the tour.You walk between the last 2 spots. We waited for an hour at the overlook for it to get dark. The guide could answer zero questions. Skip this tour.

I had a fairly interesting evening with Bill. He spoke a lot and repeated himself frequently. We stopped at Schwartz's and he ordered for me without asking me what I wanted. My concern is that on returning, I started researching and he was honestly speaking the BS. He pointed out homes in Westmount that supposedly belonged to Celine Dion, Justin Trudeau and Bono. All untrue. I feel duped. I did enjoy the ferris wheel. He spoke a lot about his adult children and drove me past his sons restaurants in Griffintown.

Bill was full of history and knowledge. He equipped me with plenty of suggestions for places to eat and visit during the day, along with knowing the sorrows and history of Montreal and the surrounding areas. The guide was super friendly. However, the activity did not include entry to the great wheel or the port tower as promised. And it ended an hour early, according to the guide so that I could go to rest, without even asking me if I wanted to rest. The tour was not complete, which is why I was not satisfied.

Our guide arrived timely and was friendly and knowledgeable. We had done a daytime tour as part of a cruise we had been on and decided to do a nighttime tour of the city. Seeing Notre-Dame Basilica and Saint Joseph's Oratory at night was worth it. As was looking down at the city from Westmount. The tour ended with a ride on La Grande roue de Montreal providing even more spectacular views of the city.

This tour is a MUST do. We met a couple from Miami and like us they were gushing with praise at the end of the tour, This is not a thanks here's your tip experience. This is a omg so glad you gave us this tour experience. We had less than 24 hrs in Mintreal and luckily met Bill first. What a great tour he gives you experiences not just a tour. Writing a review is like seeing a great movie that you don't want to spoil it for others so I won't tell the ending other than see this tour! It is a must do. Like the Mayor of Montreal should recognize this tour guide.

Recommend taking this tour at the beginning of your trip- so that you can know what all to see/do. Mustafa was a good orator and shared interesting tidbits of history/info. Also took us to get a hot bagel at the end of the tour. Recommend this tour!

We had a fabulous time on our night tour of Montreal. Mustafa is so knowledgeable and his commentary made the city come alive. From the Circle and Olympic building to Mount Royal, from the bagel experience to the ferris wheel, we had a lovely time. And he will get some great photos of your group. :)
