Carole, our guide, has over 40 years of experience so she was a wealth of local knowledge. We were late getting to our meeting spot, and she went above and beyond by coming back to get us. Great tour and worth the money.
Our guide, Simona, was knowledgeable and engaging. The tour was fascinating and great value - highly recommended.

If you have never been to the city of Montreal I highly recommend it. Our guide was passionate about her city making the 2 hours fly buy with information and facts about a historic place. Montreal is lovely and Simona made even better.

Chantel needs to leave her politics at home. I’m in your city spending a lot of money, I don’t need lectures on feminism and swipes at America. I found that very distasteful. Teach us the history and leave your politics out of it. The first hour was boring. How many banks can one visit until boredom takes over. The second half was much better. Chantel’s sheets with recommendations was appreciated.

There is some walking but most of the time there are benches for the old or infirm. Deb J was very knowledgeable and amiable. And answered all of our questions. The walk wasn’t that long and we definitely saw a lot.

The tour was very informative but the pace was very slow and we could have seen and done a lot more in that time frame. In addition, a microphone is necessary, as it was very hard to hear the guide.

We had such a wonderful time exploring Montréal with Maryse! She was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate about the city. What I loved most was that it never felt like we were simply being given a list of historical facts — Maryse brought Montréal’s history, culture, architecture and neighbourhoods to life with fascinating stories, personal insights, and a great sense of humour.
She was also incredibly friendly and made the whole group feel welcome and involved. You could really tell how much she loves Montréal (the city is literally in her bloodline), and that made the experience even more special.
If you’re visiting Montréal and want to understand the city beyond the typical tourist sights, I can absolutely recommend taking a tour with Maryse. She made our visit so much more memorable! Thank you, Merci, Dankeschön Maryse! ❤️

Cecile was very informative without being overbearing. She had an excellent sense of humor, and made us feel at ease with the various parties in our group. The walk distance was as expected for 2 hours, with many pauses along the way to catch your breath. Sites included both the expected and the unexpected.

This tour was a great lesson in the history of of north Montreal am Canada and our guide Sandy was well versed on both. She also patient with all of our questions. She did a great job assessing the needs of the group and adapted accordingly. We woll look for Sandy again when touring Montreal.

Cecile was an amazing tour guide! She was knowledgeable both in the history and information of the city, but also recommendations along the way for us tourists! It was indeed a small group tour, which was quite the benefit as we were able to move around quickly from place to place and not struggle to hear the guide.

Our guide, Rene, was very experienced (38 years of giving tours!) very knowledgeable and engaging! Unfortunately, during the walking tour, it began to rain hard! But Rene continued on, finding as much shelter as possible and sharing many stories, both personal and historical. His English was impeccable and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour - despite the rain!

What a great experience! Our guide, Michel, was engaging, funny and so knowledgeable. We learned so many interesting things about the city and history along the way. It truly surpassed my expectations. The 2 hours flew by! We had some seniors in our group, and Michel matched the walking pace to suit. Though you cover a lot of ground, the pace is actually fairly leisurely, since you stop often and have places to sit at various points along the way, if wanted. If you’re on the fence, just do it! It’s well worth your time and the $.
