The tour was very organized, clear communication before about departure logistics. We enjoyed the information our tour guide, William, provided about the cities. This package is mostly self guided once in Quebec City, which worked well for us but to note a big part of the day is on your own. I’m happy we did the day trip, city is worth visiting, and this was a great price.

This tour is a must do! My friend and I both had a wonderful time. William, from Concord Tours was great! He translated his comments into many different languages. On the way there was enough time to stop for breakfast and/or snacks. Included in the tour was a 1 hour guided tour of Quebec City by a local.

Great experience and tour guide (Mr. Young)! We first stopped to get breakfast at McDonald's, then arrived at the waterfall which was so beautiful. Next the walking tour was very informative, detailing the history of the area and city. Lastly, my favorite, the ice hotel was magical, felt like I was in a Frozen movie.

No Falls cable car.

John_J, Apr 2026
Make sure the cable car to the top of the falls is in service. Overall the tour is worth it, but with the cable car not running you waste an hour of the trip waiting in the rest area for the bus to return. That hour could have been spent in Quebec City instead of sitting around waiting.

Enjoyable Day Trip

Odette_C, Apr 2026
Quebec City is a beautiful city and we enjoyed the tour. The day we visited was unfortunately raining and cold. But that wasn't the fault of the tour operators.

It’s a great way to get to know Quebec City in a day and the pick-up service is very convenient! William was a great guide.

Great way to see Montreal

Coleen_M, Mar 2026
Gustav was prompt on pick up and maintained a very clean car. He really helped us to understand Montreal's layout and history. He told very entertaining stories, pointed out sights of specific interest based on our interests, and did a great job of answering our questions. Since our daughter is considering McGill, he talked about how the sights varied by season and helped her to practice her French. Gustav really seems to love being a tour guide and his adopted city.

Traveling with my children, ages 13,10 and 7. It was a great experience!! Angela was our guide and Christian was our bus driver, they made the trip comfortable and enjoyable. The whole day was so well organized, from hotel pick up to drive up to QC and the return. I would recommend to anyone with kids that can sleep or be somewhat self sufficient on the bus ride.

Guide (Qan) and bus driver were excellent - informative without being overly so and schedule on time in spite of nasty rainy weather to / from Quebec City. Complementary ride back to our stay was also a nice touch.

No.

JanetP, Dec 2025
(Извињавам се или граматика, јер сам алофон) ***** Right after introducing herself the first thing we heard about the bus was you can't use the bathroom and it's 3 hours each way... seriously? Since I have ulcerative colitis so I basically swallowed a bottle of immodium and kept my fingers and legs crossed for the rest of the day. We were happy that the bus had seat belts because especially on the way back he was driving so fast and switching Lane to Lane we were jumping jumping around like pinatas back and forth... there was a lot of prayer going on back in the back of the bus at night as there were some terrified people back there. also although this may be picky when we had our rest stop at McDonald's on the way down we are all were told get back to the bus get back to the bus get back the bus on time we were like 20 of us standing out in the cold. I can understand you might think the bus might get stolen however how about you take the keys out and leave the door open I don't think it's going to get stolen and it's parking lot full of Canadian Army personnel. The local guide in Quebec City seem nice but we couldn't hear him and we couldn't follow him because we couldn't see him when we were at Disneyland they like pom pom and the end of the stick so we know who to follow Quebec City is busy there were corporate events on there were wall to wall people and couldn't find who our guide was all while trying to stay upright. We took this tour as it seemed easier for people who've just moved to Montreal to take a trip to QC versus trying to get a bus there and back and we find it confusing but it really wasn't worth it in the end. next time we'll rent a car take the Greyhound or anything other than this crazy bus trip... we travel a lot this is easily one of the worst tours I've ever taken. Thank you for not passing a hat for a tip you wouldn't want me to put a note in there that says you suck at your job... by the end of the day that's all I can sum up our trip by...with? (Sorry for grammar as I am an Allophone) *************

Quebec Christmas Wonderland!

Lourdes_H, Dec 2025
Amazing tour!! Places were great! Pleasant group! Time was perfect!! Everything was completed as scheduled.

Fun, simple and easy!

SarahElisabeth_O, Dec 2025
A fun and informative experience in Quebec City, especially during Christmas time! We had a driver from our hotel to the bus and a comfortable coach ride. The waterfall was beautiful and lower & upper Quebec City was stunning. Also had free time to visit shops and eat some lunch. Met some lovely people & the trip coordinator, Jason, was also very informative & diligent.

Highly recommended day trip from Montreal.

Julia_C, Dec 2025
Pickup and drop off proved very valuable especially since my hotel was far away and on a Montreal winter day. all employees involved were very professional and attentive. Montmercy - too cold to do a whole but a photo stop was very worthwhile. was given enough time to do shopping and own sightseeing in Quebec city. given time limits I had as a tourist. its a great way to see QC without booking buses and trains on your own.

Awesome!

jove_s, Nov 2025
We had a great experience in our Quebec tour. We appreciate our wonderful guide Joyce , who is helpful in explaining about the tour. Our driver Christian made the whole ride a great experience for me and my family. Would highly recommend this tour if you want to spend a day in beautiful Quebec City.

Fantastic way to see more of Quebec

Although it was a long day it was definitely worth it. The transportation and tour guides were excellent. I think the Ferry ride could have been skipped

Awesome tour

Amazing tour, very well organized. Our tour guide Mr. Ren is super friendly and helpful. Our driver is very nice and the ride is safe and smooth. We enjoyed visiting the beautiful waterfalls and had so much fun exploring the gorgeous Quebec City. Thank you! 🙏 ❤️☺️

Stunning Quebec

Sarkha_F, Nov 2025
Its a long day but well worth it. Quebec is stunning the tour left plenty of time to visit we went on the off season.

Lovely Quebec City

Judith_W, Nov 2025
Even though it is a 3 hour drive it is worth the trip. We had 4 hours in Quebec City with 3 hours on our own…plenty of time for a meal and shopping. The stop at Montmorency Falls was perfect. We had a crisp November day with lots so sunshine. Very enjoyable.

Awesome trip with a great tour guide (Nikki)

Barbara_c, Nov 2025
I booked the Quebec full day travel with hotel pick up. Trip was on on time. We were picked up from our hotel on the time scheduled and the tour bus left the city of Montreal on time. Our guide Nikki was awesome.
