Great experience and tour guide (Mr. Young)! We first stopped to get breakfast at McDonald's, then arrived at the waterfall which was so beautiful. Next the walking tour was very informative, detailing the history of the area and city. Lastly, my favorite, the ice hotel was magical, felt like I was in a Frozen movie.

Montmorency falls is spectacular! Quebec City is charming. This is French Canada, but Canada dominates in style and common feeling. I reduce 1 point because guide said what exact seats we should occupy in the bus but I prefer choose them myself for my money. And be prepare for 5 hours free time in Quebec City.

Overall, this was a successful trip. The guide was wonderful and the opportunity to see both the falls and have a short tour in the city before free time for exploration was well balanced. However, the hotel pick-up left something to be desired because the car leaked from the roof, and despite being picked up 30 minutes before the bus left, we were rushed like cattle when finally being dropped off. But my real complaint was that we were not allowed to eat or drink on the bus and told not to use the bathroom except maybe in emergency. And the bus was nice but not that nice for 6 hours of commuting. The whole point of taking a bus is so you can relax and enjoy yourself but this was much more a means to an end.

The tour was good overall, but I think a few things could be improved. It would be helpful to explain clearly at the time of purchase that the portion of the tour after Old Québec is self-guided and that guests will be exploring on their own.
Also, since you recommended several places for us to visit, it would be very helpful to provide a clear map or detailed directions for getting to those locations and back to the designated pick up location.
Other than that, we enjoyed the tour and had a good experience.

Very long trip with very little insight about the things to see except the tour guide in Quebec City . He was great but maybe a microphone would have helped a little with a tour group of 50 people .
The pick up from my hotel and drop off were great . I did not car for the main tour guide on the bus , unprofessional and sloppily dressed with holes in his shoes . I don’t know how to avoid such things , it was the luck of the draw I suppose .

It was amazing ! Jerry was very nice and helpful ! The bus was very confortable ! On the boat it was a smooth ride and excellent services

Yang was our guide on the bus. He was friendly, engaging and very helpful to persons with walking limitations . There are a lot of incline walking areas at the waterfalls as well as at Quebec City and these areas can get quite crowded. It might be helpful if each person had individual headphones that was connect ed to their guides microphone so they could hear the guides without having all the background noises like they have on Europe. The waterfall was beautiful and it was exciting to watch the zipliners cross it. The tour guide in Quebec City was too dramatic for me so we went off to explore and enjoy the street perfomers and the shops on our own. It was a long day but worth it!

Excellent one day tour from Montreal to Quebec City and Montmorency Falls. William was our tour guide. He provided us with details of our tour on the bus ride and throughout the day. William is an excellent tour guide. Quebec City is a quaint city with lots of restaurants and shops. We had the option of taking a boat ride but decided to explore the town and try out a few cafes instead. At Montmorency Falls we rode the cable car up to the top of the falls for quite the scenic view. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this one day trip which was filled with plenty of places to see. We were very fortunate to have William as our guide who made the trip both pleasant and very informative

Wonderful experience with a great bus guide (very energetic and enthusiastic about the trip) as well as our tour guide. The bus guide was incredibly thoughtful about our needs.

The tour was great. The view of Quebec City and surroundings were awesome. The guide knew what he should be doing. He supported all of his clients professionally.

Yang was an amazing guide who kept the large group organized and on time. He communicated clearly and was entertaining.
We had a wonderful day visiting the Falls and walking around Quebec City.

This excursion was good. It was a good mix of history and self exploration. We would do again. Yang was a very good bus tour guide. The driver was good as well. He got us back before the bridge closed for the fireworks
Charisma_R, Jul 2026
The trip was great, though it was too hot we enjoyed it! Yang our tour guide is very good and funny too

Wonderful trip to Montmorency Falls and Quebec City. The guides and trip were great. However, not having WIFI on the bus made for it to be a long bus ride. Otherwise, fantastic trip! Highly recommend this tour.
SHARI_C, Jul 2026
The tour is very well organized. It's a lot to see in 1 day, but there's really no other way to see it all if you only have 1 day to spend in Quebec city. We really enjoyed our tour. Angela our tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and kept everything running smoothly. Our driver Simon was great as well.
David_W, Jul 2026
Our tour guide Angela was incredible in her abikity to bounce from language to language so smoothly that I felt like I understood French, when I really can’t. The falls were great and my wife and I fell in love with Quebec City. The ride home, we encountered a major rainstorm, that the driver navigated expertly. A great trip all around.
Ron_D, Jul 2026
Provide a more detailed timeline highlighting when you're on your own - and perhaps provide a list/map of things to do. We were caught in the rain, so it would have been helpful to know where to race to.

The experience was wonderful! The driver, Richard, texted to let us know what time he would pick us up at the hotel (which was 100% accurate), we drove to a bigger bus, and our tour guide and driver were incredible. Old Quebec was beautiful and we enjoyed it immensely, but the staff were the highlight of tjr trip! The driver (not Richard, though he was, too!) was very sociable and would let us know about certain areas we were driving through. The tour guide, Yang, was extremely friendly, funny and a delight to have. He would make sure everyone would feel included, and was charming and such a nice young man. It is very nice to see someone from the younger generation be so well rounded, polite, respectful and personable! We will definitely be doing this tour again!

The tour was nice, a bit tiring, but overall a great experience. The trip from Montreal to Quebec and back was a bit boring, with very little commentary from the guide. The bus didn’t even have WiFi which is strange for these times. I paid cash to sign up for the river cruise, which was nice just to relax after 4 hours of walking through the city. Wish they would add a stop at St, Anne’s. The only tours that included that stop were those starting in Quebec City. The weather was great so iverall I had a good time.
Pia_A, Jun 2026
Great tour to see Quebec in a day which is a beautiful city! Looked and felt like I was in Europe. I wish it wasn’t 3 hours long from Montreal but at least the bus was comfortable.
Dean_W, Jun 2026
We had a wonderful day trip to Old Quebec from Montreal. Our tour guide, William, was engaging, knowledgeable, and provided fascinating insight into the region’s history throughout the journey. The tour was well organized, and everything exceeded our expectations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Old Quebec is beautiful, and William’s commentary made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a marvelous and memorable day trip from Montreal. An excellent experience from start to finish! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Charles_W, Jun 2026
Excellently organized event; knowledgeable tour leader; well-planned tour. Operator gave enough information about the old city without overloading everyone with details.
Amy_S, Jun 2026
This was a nice way to travel to Quebec City without taking the train. I would have preferred more commentary on the bus ride. It also would have been nice to know there was a boat cruise possible beforehand (it was an add-on that I had no idea existed). Yung was a courteous guide and very friendly.
Marius_D, Jun 2026
Had an amazing trip and made some great friends along the journey! Our guide Yang was so enthusiastic and honestly kept me guessing what he would come up with next. Definitely would recommend to my friends
Ryan_R, Jun 2026
Excellent tour! Everything was well organized, the bus was comfortable, and the trip ran on time from beginning to end. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated very well throughout the tour. William was fantastic—engaging and informative. He made the experience enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended!
Ankit_D, Jun 2026
