    A unique tour

    Very informative unique tour of a traditional historic process in an ancient tower. Steep ladders and steps are involved however but worth the trip. Guide was very knowledgeable and interesting facts. It’s a bit out of Moderna so you’ll need to rent a car. Only wish it was more time for the tasting as well-fell a little short in the end-but fantastic samples of both their DOP and IGP vinegars.
