Overall, the boating experience ended up being fun, mostly because of the group we were with. Once we got on the boat, we had a great time and made the most of it. That said, everything leading up to it was pretty frustrating and could’ve been handled a lot better.
The booking process felt off right from the start. The website looked pretty cheap and honestly gave scam vibes. We were asked to send a copy of our ID through Gmail to confirm the booking, which didn’t feel very secure. Even though payments went through Stripe (which helped a little), the instructions later changed to sending an Apple Pay payment to a random phone number, which just made things feel even more sketchy and unorganized.
The biggest issue was the confusion around where to meet. The coordinator texted me one location the day before, but the booking app showed a completely different marina about 25 minutes away. We ended up following the app and went to the wrong place, which made us lose about 30 minutes of our time. On top of that, we paid around $120 for parking since we had multiple cars. When I brought it up, the response was basically “we texted you,” which felt pretty dismissive. If you’re running a business, all the directions should match across the board—it shouldn’t be on the customer to figure out which one is right.
The marina itself also wasn’t great. It didn’t feel very nice or welcoming, and the overall vibe made some people in our group a little uncomfortable. It just didn’t match what we were expecting.
Then right before getting on the boat, we were handed a long contract and told to sign it quickly so we could leave. Since we were already late (through no fault of our own), there wasn’t really time to read through everything, which didn’t feel great.
All in all, we still had a good time on the boat, but the poor communication and disorganization beforehand definitely took away from the experience. With better coordination and clearer instructions, this could’ve been a much smoother and more enjoyable experience.

In terms of the marina, we understand that expectations can vary depending on the location. Some departure points in Miami are more functional than luxurious, but we will definitely take your feedback into account as we continue improving the overall experience we offer.
Lastly, we’re sorry that the contract process felt rushed. While it is a required part of the charter, we agree it should be handled in a way that gives guests enough time and comfort to review everything properly.

Bad communication, not the same boat in pictures, there’s no jet skis , crew arrived late , started late and did not make up the time. Do not recommend.

Jet skis: Jet skis are not included by default unless specifically selected or added in advance. This is clearly outlined in the booking details and confirmation.
Timing: We understand how important punctuality is. In your case, there were circumstances that affected the departure time; however, our team always aims to deliver the full experience within operational limitations.
