My tour was canceled without any explanation. We were not informed of the cancellation and only found out the day of the tour. Communication was very poor

The pick up service was good. The two accompanying persons from tour company didn’t speak much English language and did not add any tourist value. The hired guide at Teotihuacan was knowledgeable but more of a philosopher with quite limited English language speaking skill. It was quite difficult to understand him. We saw many other much better guides all around us. We suggest getting a better English speaking guide.
