Bad trip

This definitely wasn’t a private tour experience and I wouldn’t recommend it. We knew the journey from Mexico City was going to be around 4 hours each way but the website promised a blanket so we could sleep and car with aircon so we thought it will be a comfortable car, it couldn’t have been worse as the car was totally unsafe, no seat belts, warning lights on dashboard, doors didn’t open from inside, clutch wasn’t working so he couldn’t put in some gears, no aircon so we had to have windows open all the way even on motorways so we couldn’t relax or sleep as we were worried the car won’t make the journey. The driver was very young but nice, however he was also on the phone the whole time. They were clearly using his personal car which really was bad. But he was friendly and tried his best. The springs are nice but there isn’t much to do there and 4 hours is bit long as when it gets busy you are just sitting in a little pool with lots of other people. They promised covers for our phones, under water torches etc and you don’t get anything. The cave and river were closed also so we were just in the springs for the whole time. All in all it’s not a trip worth taking. The balloon trip with another company is however amazing and I can recommend that one. I bought this as a present for my husbands birthday and we came back very very disappointed.

Hello, our tours are indeed private and we have evidence of that. We even provide all the promised amenities in a special bag, and the seat belts and conditions of our cars are good. We also have photos of your trip where there are no people in the pools.
