Stunning scenery with extraordinary buildings clinging to mountains of stone.
Three were visited All different We went in the afternoon but given the heat it would have been preferable to tour in the morning. Pick up was prompt Vehicle clean, driver very pleasant and made sure we were all well looked after.
Guide was informative but sometimes a little difficult to understand It would have been good if he had accompanied us into the monasteries to give us the commentary there reather than prior to the visit.
He was very helpful taking photos and ensuring the group was safe. We would certainly recommend this tour to visitors to Kalambaka

The history that the tour guide shared was amazing. The stops for pictures was also very nice. Shoes are a must since you will be climbing steps.

The monasteries were amazing and the whole experience was good. The guide, Demetrios, was excellent and so was the driver.. We toured 3 monasteries and were able to take photos of the rest. He brought us to a local restaurant for a quick stop for lunch before we started. He was funny, prompt, solicitous and well informed. Go see Meteora - it is so worth it.
