Bad experience!

The little old lady met us at a random spot she did not speak a word of English. We just walked in circles till a person picked us up in a small filthy car. They were arguing and then we stopped at a random restaurant. I contacted Viator and told them we were leaving we didn’t feel safe. Viator did give us a full refund

Dear Helene, We believe you might be referring to a different experience than the one we offer. Our cooking classes are held at our hosts' homes. They do not involve pick-up nor restaurants. While we fell truly sorry for your bad experience we believe this might have been poste on the wrong business. My very best wishes,
