**Airport Pickup:** Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area holding a sign displaying an orange Merida Travel Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time. Arrivals: If by any chance, you encounter any issues locating your driver please go to the Ground Transportation Main Area. **Hotel Pickup:** Your exact pickup time will be confirmed a day before your flight departure, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Please be ready and wait a few minutes before the confirmed pickup time, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 20 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.

- Our services operate from 5:00AM to 11:59PM, if your arrival and/or departure falls outside these times please reach out to confirm availability.
- For any last-minute changes and/or delays, please reach out immediately, please note all last minute changes are subject to availability and can´t be guaranteed.
- Arrivals: Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time.
- Departures: Please be ready and waiting at the lobby of your hotel, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.
- Please note pickups to/from multiple airport terminals/hotels are not allowed, pickup times are based on traffic/road limitations, any requests for changes will be reviewed and accepted or rejected on supplier´s sole discretion.
- Transfer services are not exchangable for any other services/routes.

Excepcional service! We reserved a ride from the airport to our Airbnb earlier in the day. Our plane was 3 hours late and our driver was informed and waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. He offered to stop on the way for whatever we needed. He helped us find an ATM and some late night tacos, before finding our place. Carlos was our driver and he was excellent.

I have used this service so many times. I love that they are waiting for me at the airport with my name on a sign. My driver was kind and patient as they always are. The driver who picked me up communicated with me as he was on his way at 5:30 in the morning for my return flight. I often travel alone and I always feel safe. I have come to see Viator as my friends who pick me up!!

They did not come to the airport. I wanted for 45 minutes per their instructions. Chatted with your center and still no response from the driver. I will be requesting a refund.

If you don't have a free shuttle from your hotel to take you to Merida Airport. This is a great alternative.We booked through Viator. Bilingual driver was very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions.

The transport was great on arrival 2/18/26 but next transport departure 2/22/26 was delayed by 30min. And needed to cancel and get refund. We are still waiting for our refund. We have to catch a connection flight and cannot be delayed on a long travel day.

Thank you for your feedback.
We would like to clarify that your departure pickup time was confirmed the day before at 1:30 PM. On the day of your service, we informed you that we had availability to pick you up earlier at 1:00 PM, as a courtesy option to provide even more time before your flight.
However, at no point was the pickup scheduled for 12:30 PM. All confirmation messages clearly state 1:30 PM as the official pickup time, and we have record of this communication.
When you informed us that you could no longer wait, the driver was already on schedule according to the confirmed time. The service was operating within the agreed timeframe.
We understand that travel days can be stressful, especially when connecting flights are involved, but the transportation was arranged according to the confirmed pickup time.

Overall experience was good.
They had a last minute change and suddenly our private transfer got changes to be shared with more people. Company offered a 20%off the we took or the other option was to get a full refund and miss the transfer not the ideal thing to do.

Not a very good one, vehicle provided was not what was requested, to small & not in working condition, makinging us late to our event.

Thank you for your feedback.
We would like to clarify that the vehicle assigned to your reservation corresponds to the category booked, which is suitable for 4–6 passengers with standard luggage capacity. However, your group of 6 passengers arrived with two large suitcases per person, which exceeds the standard luggage allowance for this vehicle type.
Extra luggage must be informed in advance and is subject to additional cost, as it requires assigning a larger vehicle. Unfortunately, this information was not provided prior to service, and no additional luggage upgrade was requested or paid for.
Despite this, transportation was provided. Regarding the vehicle condition, all units are inspected and authorized for operation. There was no mechanical issue reported during the service.
We understand timing is important when attending an event; however, luggage capacity policies are clearly established to ensure proper vehicle assignment.

The driver from Merida Travel Experiences at the airport did not have our name in his list. He got a friend to drive us to our Airbnb. The driver took a very long route but eventually got us to our address.

Javier was attentive and informative. Helped the ladies or shorter passengers off the shuttle lending his arm as support. Provided some information on sites we passed on our way to our destination.

This location is hard to find. We had to drive around a little but Oscar was just wonderful. When we did find the house, he helped me with the unfamiliar locks and got me safely inside. I had to give him a tip AND a hug.
