Driver was amazing. He had to wait for us for a bit because our flight was delayed. He was very patient. The ride to the hotel was amazing. Our driver was very knowledgeable about the town and about events happening that day. He made us feel very welcomed. Van was very comfortable and large.

Our driver met us in the airport, as directed. He was courteous, professional and friendly.
During the trip, he provided history, practical advice and guidance for his beautiful city.
I have ridden with Viator on multiple visits to Merida. Everyone is always so helpful and kind. We have had a few drivers more than once and we are always happy to see them again.

On our arrival at midnight our driver Abi was there ready and waiting with our name and when we left we had a 330 am pick up and he was there ready and waiting! Made our trip a breeze!
This was the perfect introduction to Merida, our driver was friendly and helpful. So nice to not have to worry about getting to the hotel, especially when the plane was late!

Alex had a large printed sign with my name on it at the airport. We get to my AIRB&B and we could not get access. Alex waited and walked with us. We were able to talk with an expat about locating our house to no avail. The expat invited us insider and we thanked Alex profusely. Little did I know that Alex drove off with my purse/passport. I was ONLY able to track him down because of VIATOR!! I called Viator, they contacted Alex, and he came to our (new) hotel three times so that he could hand me the purse in person.
It’s completely safe. Driver was waiting for us when we arrived. Very professional and friendly. Gave us good tips on things to do.
We had a great experience with Abby, he was on time and the van was near and clean. The air conditioning was great and he gave us good tips for our time in Merida. Definitely recommend.

The transportation was impeccable. It was our first time to Merida and our Spanish is rudimentary so we treated ourselves to a custom pick-up at the airport. We got clear directions where to go, and sure enough, they had a little sign with our name on it. They handled our bag, rode us in air-conditioned comfort. We did the pick up from the hotel and they were prompt at 4 a.m. as well. Absolutely recommend for the peace of mind; enjoy your vacation from the moment you grab your luggage at the airport :)

Both drivers were very kind on pickup and drop off to and from the airport. Our first driver could tell we were exhausted from flying and offered cold water. Our flight arrived late, and I was able to communicate through WhatsApp to provide updates. Overall, the experience was great and I would definitely use this service again.

Driver was on time and waiting with my name on a sign board. The vehicle was clean but nothing special. The reason for only 4 stars is that the ride was advertised to include free cold bottles of water (or soda) and none was on board.
I had a flight change and called to notify Viator and they amended the reservation. When I arrived at my destination, there was no one to pick me up. I called repeatedly and no one answered the phone. I had to arrange a taxi.
