The booking was confirmed via Viator.com and the details for pickup and drop off were provided via the form. There was no driver to pick us up from the airport and we had to pay for a taxi on site instead.

Booked in-advance. Noted airline & arrival time. An agent phoned me on the arrival day to confirm the pick-up at 5pm, wrong I already booked it for 12:40pm arrival. The agent noted oh, we have the wrong time. We will have a transport at the airport at 1pm. No one every showed up. I call the number on my confirmation. The 1st number I called didn't have my reservation. They said call your tour provider direct. Why would you include a number to customer service that couldn't help me? I did a return call of the number that contacted me prior to my arrival. It took them a while to find my reservation. Finally, they found it and said it would take 15 minutes for a car to arrive. 20 minutes later, they arrived, but we had to stand there on the curb for another 15 minutes until the van showed up. They are just not organized at all.

Our plane was delayed and we texted our driver and there was no issues with coming to the airport an hour and a half later than we set up. Anxiety level disappeared when we saw our name as we edited the doors. So great. We were in our Hotel I. 25 minutes later. Nice start to our vacation

Very convenient! The host waited for us outside (after exiting custom) with a sign and walked us to the car. No need to worry about finding transportation and haggle at the airport. Booking through Viator was easy. The communication was very good. They sent confirmation emails before the trip and texted when we arrived.

I booked the transport and also informed the company about my arrival time but when I arrived at the airport no one was waiting for me. When I texted them, they told me I didn’t inform them about my arrival time, but I actually did it twice. I can’t recommend this company.

Good value; on time; friendly driver; confirmed the reservation and the drop off location. Uber and Didi are not allowed to enter the Merida airport. If you are traveling in a group then best to get a private van. Taxis too small for more than 2 people normally.

On 23 Dic same day we were to arrive the operator cancelled our pickup at Merida. I spent 3 hours w 4 different agents. None could fix the issue and I ordered a different option on my own. Sad that Viator couldn’t even try to fix and find other option when I did so in 5 mins online (after 3 hours ). Only hope I get refund as per cancellation. And guess what ? The operator showed up at the airport. Offered us i ride but I chose the other option. He apologized and knew their was a huge issue.
