**Airport Pickup:** Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area holding a sign displaying an orange MeridaTravel Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time. Arrivals: If by any chance, you encounter any issues locating your driver please go to the Main Ground Transportation Area. **Hotel Pickup:** Your exact pickup time will be confirmed a day before your flight departure, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Please be ready and waiting a few minutes before the confirmed pickup time, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.

We had to cancel and rebook twice due to airline issues. It was not a problem. Communication was excellent. A little trouble finding our driver but, a safe and efficient drive to our hotel.

Arranged for round trip to and from the airport. They seemed pushy when the flight was delayed and being stuck in line at immigration and customs. During the pick up from my hotel is where the true problem came. I had confirmation that they would pick me up at 5am to bring me to the airport. I was outside, checked out of my hotel and waiting for them at 4:55am. I waited until 5:10am before I attempted to contact the operator with no avail. Tried again at 5:20am. Nothing. No communication or anything back saying where they were or they were running late. I had to make it to the airport to catch a flight. So after 20 minutes of waiting. I had to call an Uber so I don’t miss my flight. They read messages and attempts to communicate about my ride but they ghosted me. Now lying to Viator and denying me refund because they didn’t fulfil the arrangement.
