    Salsas under the Yucatan Rainy Sun

    It was an intimate and fun experience in cooking. A must do while visiting Merida. Learn Yucatan cooking with historical information of the area. It was fun learning about history and cooking... Can't wait to teach my high school students how t make healthy salsa during my nutrition course.. That will be fun!!

    A fantastic experience. We often do cooking activities during our travels. But it was the 1st time with a real chef who is used to teaching cooking. Denise really cares about passing on her knowledge and that is felt throughout the activity. We had a wonderful time discussing cooking, but also Mexico and life there. And leaving with the PDF of the recipes is a very appreciated plus!
